Corrupted

A phenomenon found that was originally found in Madori... A dark crystal that was able to slowly take control over the user when touched...

Changes are pretty noticeable. Not all Corrupted people can hold themself back and the person becomes really violent. The person is controlled by a demon. The demon could of been an average human/animal before dying or a dark crystal that was newly formed and the demon starts developing.

Whilst the demons have their own conscious, they usually prefer taking over people's body. Don't let most murderous nature fool you. They can be pretty smart and still act like a normal person before going in for the kill.

They all have an '×' as their pupils and black like-ink surrounding the pupil. This can not be spread through just attacking. Only through those crystals... Sadly some crystals were said to some how getting to different parts of the Multiverse...

Some research has been done just to try and find a cure, but was discontinued due to many of the scientist and people getting corrupted. They may be rare, but still... That doesn't mean there could be one near you. Whilst these people can fend it off, it's really hard...

Sometimes, when a person is able to fend it off and still have a normal life, they try to keep their emotions in check as for anger can sometimes make the corrupted eye appear, even for just a millisecond.
