I say I guess because Lana is only a villain for fun and to stay away from her Guardian duties. She is also trying to get rid of the amount of power she has because of her Guardian status.
Lana still has some moral code, of course. She knows that there are very bad people in the world, but those who serve under the Corrupted King are not really that bad to be honest.
