Now, two angels were standing in front of the door that lead to the room the mermaid was currently in.

Taehyung.

Jeongguk almost forgot that the mermaid told him his name.

And of course seokjin scolded him for not replying.

Introduce yourself properly.

That was what the elder told him.

But jeongguk didn't expect anything else.

Now, seokjin was knocking at the door.

"Hello?"

Jeongguk facepalmed.

"You need to open the door. The walls are too thick for him to hear you."

Seokjin just glared at him before opening the door himself.

"Don't tell me what to do."

Then he entered the dark room.

At first it was dark. That was until jeongguk turned the flashlight on. He got another one since he threw the last one at taehyung.

Seokjin grabbed the flashlight from jeongguk's hand without asking, lightening up the room trying to find the mermaid.

When he finally found him jeongguk nearly laughed.

The blue haired was directly in front of their feet, looking up at them with big eyes.

He must have heard them coming.

"Oh, hello there." The mermaid said. "Now there's a second one of you.", he continued while staring directly into jeongguk's eyes.

Jeongguk nearly choked.

The other has never been so close to him.

It didn't help that the last time he saw him they had an argument.

But seokjin somehow managed to save the situation.

"Oh my god, jeongguk, I thought you were lying! But... ewww why is it so disgusting down here?"

"I know right!" Now the mermaid complained, nearly yelling.

The basement seemed to be a little upsetting.

"Jeongguk, you should totally clean this. No one can live here. Or we put him in your bathtub.", seokjin clearly didn't approve the mermaid living in these circumstances.

"Don't ever put me in a fucking bathtub! Do you even know how long my tail is?"

Okay, so now the mermaid was definitely yelling. Good thing seokjin closed the door after entering. Someone could have heard them otherwise.

"I wasn't going to put him in a bathtub! I need it for myself!"

"Come on, you two are just being dramatic. I won't let him float in this pool any longer. So were either putting him in your bathtub or we clean this pool. Dont even think about complaining!"

Jeongguk pressed his lips together.

There was no point in talking back at seokjin. He made this mistake once and ended up cleaning seokjin's car for more than half a day.

Inside and outside.

So he just stared at the mermaid.

"I won't sit in any bathtub. Jeongguk. You can just turn on the pool technology thingy again. It should work since it was on a year ago."

Thank god.

Jeongguk thought. He didn't have to live with a mermaid in his bathtub.

"Why is it not on now?" He asked.

"They turned it off. Said it saves money."

"Then let's turn it on again. It's the easiest way to solve this problem."

And with that seokjin left the room.

Jeongguk had no idea how the older was going to find the pool's technology.
