Calypso and the 7 sat at a McDonald's ( courtesy of Leo). As she chomped down on her newly discovered Big Mac, she talked with Leo about the more important things.

"So... a date you say?" she said, wiping ketchup from her mouth.

"Yeah. Ya know, just get away from the quest for little bit. We can see what movies are out online."

"Movies?" Calypso looked confused, "Online?"

"Oh. That's right. I forgot you missed out on the last 3 millennia. You know drawings? Like paintings?"

"Yes."

"Well there are these things called photographs, more commonly known as pictures, that you take with things called cameras. They look like paintings, but more like real life. A movie is like a pictures that moves, its about 2 hours long, and it has a plot, like a book. In fact, a lot of movies are made after books. Get it?"

"Kind of. I think if we go to one, I'll more do understand. So what's this online thing you speak of?"

"Well there's this thing called the Internet," Leo, sitting at the plastic McDonald's booth, told Calypso everything she needed to know if she was to survive an encounter with any old thug on the streets, or just any body. From iPhones to the American government, to football, Calypso now knew pretty much everything, or at least a much as Hazel, before.... well... Ya know.

"Guys," Percy said while getting up to throw away his chicken McNuggets, " we should get to the Burns Theatre."

"Right," Annabeth stood up after him, " Demeter's gonna be mad if we keep her waiting."

So they all threw away their processed meals, and were soon on their way. The burns theatre was pretty close to where they were, so they only had to walk a few blocks. When they got there, though, they found the place packed full of people, like their was a celebrity there got a premiere or something. I fact, there wasn't even a field of lotus flowers behind the building.

"This can't be right," Annabeth said as she noticed the absence of lotus flowers.

"Well let's just walk to the back and see if we can find any," Leo led the group.

There were in fact, no lotus flowers, behind the Burns Theatre in East Kanas City.

"Well that's a surprise," Percy murmured.

"Uh. Let's look around."

They looked for like 30 minutes, but nothing. Demeter hasn't even shown up yet. She obviously didn't care as much about the quest as she did about who wins that game show in Hephaestus TV.

"I found it!" Annabeth and Percy were pushing beside the dumpster, which had 5 lotus flowers underneath it, growing out if the pavement.

"Seriously," Leo said, " that's Bacchus's idea of a field? a couple flowers and an old coke can? And under a dumpster?!"

And so they waited. And they waited some more. And some more, and then they waited some more. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, Demeter showed up.

As the beautiful goddess walked, lovely purple dress flowing behind her, blonde hair flowing in the wind, plants reached out at the her as if she were the sunlight.

"How may I help you?" Demeter asked.

"We need you to pick a lotus flower," Annabeth said, pointing to the dumpster.

"Um. Under the dumpster. No. That's disgusting."

"Please! Hazel needs you!"

"Oh... fine..." Demeter slowly walked towards the dumpster, the frown on her face growing with every step closer.

She bent down and picked up a flower, nose wrinkled in disgust.

"Here's you beautiful flower," She said, voice dripping with sarcasm, as she hand it to Annabeth. On final gag, and the goddess was gone.

"Well that was quick," Percy muttered.

"Okay, so I'm guessing we just have to hand the flower to Hazel?" Annabeth asked.

"I guees," Piper answered.

And so they did and surprise, surprise, it didn't work.

"Try rubbing it."

Nothing.

"Maybe the inside if the flower has to be put on her?" Frank suggested.

"Right," Annabeth split the flower open and rubbed the essence on Hazel. Slowly, Hazel's body parts began to return to normal. Her regular color come back, and she was Hazel again.

After a brief greeting, explanation, and many hugs, the group started to settle down. They each pitched in with money, giving them 227 dollars, careful not to use all of their money in case they needed it. It was enough for an okay hotel, where they crashed.

And pretty soon, the sun was down, the monsters were out, and it was time for Leo and Calypso's first date.
