Home alone, sitting in my purple wheelchair. Staring at my legs, trying to get one to move or at least I thought so. Bre is at school, Kris is at work Kit is at the Spice shop. I am just here here alone, sitting in the foyer of our home.

I can't get back up the stairs because the button on the stairlift is not working. I can't reach nothing in the cabinets, or the freezer at the top. Or in this stupid ass giant pantry Kris wanted when she can't even fucking cook for shit.

I sat here crying because I am so helpless.

"Ding dong" Sky said knocking on the door.

"Coming" I said wiping my face and heading to open the door. "Just relax" I told myself as I unlocked the door.

"Hey girl, hey. Ash were you crying? Baby why?" Sky asked.

"I wasn't I just woke up from a nap" I lied.

"You've been my bestfriend for how many years? You can't lie to me, what's wrong?"

"I'm paralyzed" I said. "I've been in this house for months now, like Sky Lola is dead and now Jess. They are coming after us all" I said.

"Baby fuck Manuel, he can suck a dick and die. Don't worry about him they will handle him. I came here to get you out the house" she said.

"I don't feel like going anywhere" I replied wheeling myself into the kitchen as she followed.

"You do and we are going to see Rye, both of you need some Sky time" she smiled. "So, let's go get dressed, you looking crazy in just that big ass shirt" she laughed.

Sky was trying to make me smile but I'm just not feeling it.

She couldn't carry me upstairs, but she brought down something for me to wear.

"Why are you staring at me?" I asked putting my shirt on.

"What happened to your legs?" She asked.

"Umm, I got shot in the back" I said.

"No shit, smart ass,  what are these bruises?"

I looked down and she was touching my legs.

"I fall out of the chair a lot, like a lot. I get frustrated and don't want Kris to help, so she let's me get hurt" I said.
