patterned, not so puzzled,
but the youth;
searching for some hassle
or some sooth;
pressured, not so muzzled
but self-loathed;
scrounging what was hidden;
by the holes,
darkened and forgotten;
by the souls,
burning their own garden;
from the poles,
weakened by the burdens;
for their roles;

like the horse,

promised lores;
brightened by their mothers
through the war;
