The next morning, Liam woke up after a sleepless night. Zayn woke up twice having nightmare and couldn't sleep after the second time he woke up. Liam some how managed to put him to sleep around five in the morning.

It was nine and Liam woke up. He untangled their legs and placed Zayn on the pillow gently. He got out of the bed and went inside his bathroom to get ready for work and well, confronting Louis.

He had an important meeting and so Liam got dressed in his one of many suits. He normally prefered to dress normal and comfortable rather than dressing in expensive suits.

He walked out to the bedroom and saw Zayn sleeping. He slowly walked out not disturbing him. He walked down the stairs and saw Louis and Niall sitting in the living room.

"Louis, take the pain and tell me what did you do yesterday," Liam demanded standing in front of him.

Niall looked at Louis with his wide eyes. He knew what was coming.

Louis looked at him and suddenly he started feeling nervous.

"What - what are you talking a-about ?" Louis stuttered moving his eyes away from Liam.

"You know what I'm talking about Tomlinson," Liam said clenching his jaw, "Why did you took him to watch a horror movie when you know he can't handle it ? are you nuts ? you don't think about anything before. Idiot," Liam scolded.

"Okay. I know I shouldn't have forced him. I'm sorry. But it's not big of a deal," Louis said casually. Which boiled Liam's blood.

Niall knew nothing good was going to happen next.

"are you fucking serious right now ? do you even care anymore or now it's just a daily episode of proving Harry wrong and yourself the greatest ? what is it ? tell me Louis," Liam asked glaring at him.

Louis got offended because he truly loved and cared for Zayn. How can Liam think of him like that ?

"what the hell you are on about ? my conflict with Harold is because of you not Zayn. I trusted you Liam and it was my decision to move him in with you and now I regret it. you fucked up Zayn's life and our friendships. So do not try to blame anything on me. and regarding Zayn, I care for him," Louis fired back.

"Shut up. I know what I did and what I caused. Don't blame your childishness on me. if you are a grown up then fucking act like one. your constant arguments are not helping. Instead it's getting Zayn even more depressed. The reason why he agreed on watching the movie was because you both were arguing again and Zayn didn't want that. for making peace he agreed. But if you would have cared you would have never forced in the first place," Liam said balling his fist. He was so angry at Louis for causing unnecessary drama. He was supposed to help his best friend to recover not get him even more depressed.

"Listen guys, this is not smart to argue about it this way, we can talk it out calmly," Niall said getting in between them.

"Calmly ?! with him ?! no thank you, it's just a waste talking to him because nothing goes inside his thick skull. I'm so done with them. I tried talking to both of them but neither one of them is ready to understand. And I don't want unnecessary drama in my house. Zayn's emotional state is not stable. If you can't help then please get the hell out of here. I can't watch him cry because of you both," Liam said grabbing his blazer and walking out of the penthouse.

Louis was fuming by the time Liam finished. He clenched his jaw and balled his fist walking to the guest room.

Harry was crying in the kitchen. He was listening everything and felt guilty for everything he did to hurt Zayn. He never wanted to hurt him but he did and it was just not accepted by him. he has always looked out for his best friend but how did he failed to see what he was doing past few months ? he felt really bad.
