Days later, vex spent his days working and hanging around Amethyst more than he knew. He was actually starting to like her as he also found himself hanging around Tsume as well even though he already knew the two of them will never get together he still couldn't pull himself away from her. They would sometimes plan a picnic along with amethyst and Jasper just so they can all hang around each other but most of the time Jasper would be glaring daggers at vex but as always there's nothing he could do to make her like him or get used to him. On the weekend amethyst became busier about her missions with the Crystal gems as they started to become a little bit worried about someone finding out where they are or trying to destroy the Earth. When vex had his days off amethyst will come over and tell him about her past adventures on how she met peridot and lapis who were evil gems but now are good as they both live on Steven's farm as of now.

"Thank you for coming vex"

Tsume said as I was trying to keep myself Calm. She had a small house but the inside looked big. I could feel eyes glaring at me from the top of the stairs making me look up to see jasper. He greeted Jasper before heading over to help her fix the pipes when that was done she gave him some food and chatted with him a bit it was true that he was happy to have this rare opportunity with her even though he already knew the truth of her and Jasper, but he just couldn't help himself but fall for her instantly

"Could you tell me, if amethyst is still mad at me?"

She asked i was surprised she and amethyst weren't on good terms. Even after telling amethyst about this, she felt like Tsume betrayed her for Jasper

"She's not mad at you I think amethyst is just lonely. I know you didn't betray her for Jasper"

I said making her look up at me In surprised when I said that

"She thinks I betrayed her for jasper? I guess it makes sense why she would think something like that"

She said feeling bad about it. She wanted to make it better but she didn't know how until a thought came to mind

"I have an idea but I'm going to need your help"

Tsume said as I smiled and nodded. As vex got up to leave and say goodbye to Tsume and try to say goodbye to Jasper but she ignored him

When vex finally left I looked at Jasper who came down the steps and changed into an orange tiger

"My Stars, I'm glad he's gone"

She said while circling me and rubbing against me as she purred

"I really wish you were nicer to him"

I said as jasper scoffed

"Why should I"

"Because he's my friends"

I told her as she rolled her eyes

"He can be your friend but he'll never be mine"

She said, a little later we were watching a movie of Aladdin Jaspers favorite movie by fair, she knew I loved it alot, also the fact I go crazy when she transforms into jasmine tiger Rajah. When it was getting close to the part when Jafari making a wish with the genie to become sultan of Allah Agrabah the doorbell rang

"I got it!"

I said while pausing the movie and giving up to answer the door, when I open the door I was surprised to see amethyst along with vex

"Hey, guys what's up?"

"Well, it was hard but we're here"
