By the next day as we're heading over to Steven's house Amethyst just couldn't stop talking about how cool tsume was during that first battle.
"Amethyst remember you promise not to say a thing"
I told her putting a finger to my list as she covered her mouth and apologized. When we arrive at Steven's house we can see that they were going to head off on the Warp pad
"Vex, amethyst you're finally here, hurry up we are heading out to stop another unwanted gym"

We follow them to the warp pad and teleported to what looked like a jungle, we saw 1 gem.

"Spilt up and be careful, he can track you down with his vizer"
Garnet said. As they split up, they were ready to take the gem down who was zapping the land with his Lance.
"Hey, stop that!"
Steven said the gem turned to him,
"What is this, someone wanting to join in the fun?"
He asked as steven
"No, I want you to stop destroying things, you know the world is safe and there's no need to continue your old ways"
He explained as the gem didn't care
"Wait, you're that Steven universe kid. Hmm, you seem smaller in person"
Steven sigh and rolled his eyes
"Yeah so stop this, or else you'll be sorry"
He said as the gem laughed

He said as she started to zap at Steven, Steven put up his shield as amethyst came out with her whip trying to pull the lance away.

Tsume and Jasper were right were the gems were watching the fight
"We need to help"
She said pointing but Jasper stayed where she was
"Come on Jasper, do something!"
She said pointing but Jasper sighed

Tsume shouted, she wasn't used to her gem powers yet and Jasper was training her, but for tsume, she enjoyed fighting
"Two reasons, 1, they don't need our help and 2 you just want to go in and show off like last time"
tsume giggled and try to run off but Jasper caught her before she could make it to the scene and carried her off back to their house as she tried to get away from her. Once back at the house tsume was mad that Jasper didn't want to help them

She shouted and attacked Jasper, Jasper blocked her Punches and kicks
"Clam down tsume "
"I wanted to help them and you wouldn't let me! why!" she shouted as jasper sighed
"Well for one thing, do you really want the others to know what happened? You were the one who said not to tell anyone"
Tsume stopped what she was doing and nodded
"I know but...i guess i dont like it when they get picked on" tsume said as she sat down on the couch
"You're getting use to your gem powers but you need more training"
Jasper said sitting next to her
"Thank you, i know i need more training but i want to help vex and amy"
"They can take care of themselves, you know they can fight"
Jasper said as tsume looked at her with puppy eyes
