chapter 3:Things Just keep getting weirder

By the next morning, i was woken up by my alarm clock, i had to roll my self out of bed and make myself get up to head to my new job. I knew where the Amusement Park was since it was on the boardwalk so i decided to walk there and not drive. Walking should wake me up, upon Arriving i meet the man name mr Harold Smiley but he told me to call him Mr. Smiley, and he sure does live up to his name. His smile seem nice and friendly but i was kinda scared of him since he looked like the working out type of guy. he put me in charge of the Funland Arcade while he works outside he said if i needed anything to call him using the walkie talkie. Hours later of walking people walk in and out it was really boring and i felt like this job wasn't a good idea but i had nothing else so i had to stay even if it meant to die of boredom

My shift ended in the afternoon around 5, i was still tired and it took 4 cups of coffee to walk up. Mr smily new i was tired and i guess i didn't realize why he kept being me coffee by the hour. Once home i went right to bed and later woke up from my phone ringing and saw it was Ronaldo, i had 25 miss calls and messages

"What Ronaldo?!"

I said answering the phone

"You're going to sleep the day away if you don't get up"

"Im tired from work, im not a morning person"

I told him as he only laughed and told me i was sleeping the whole day today, i looked at my phone and saw i did sleep yesterday away so i made myself get up and ready for the day since Ronaldo really wanted to hang out today. He got here really fast and seemed like he was about to pass out

"Ronaldo, you didn't have to run here"

i told him as he was trying to catch his breath and speak

"im ok"

he said as he fell to the floor, i rolled my eyes and went to get him a bottle of water, i had to make a reminder to go shopping again. once he had recovered i showed me his blog and showed me videos he made about beach city being weird and told me his His theories on why this city was always being attacked, i saw a couple of videos of the town being attacked by a monster but 3 women would come and save the day, Ronaldo told me about the crystal gems and that they were aliens from another planet.

i looked at the video and saw Amethyst in it as well but i guess i wasn't to surprise since she did have purple skin as the others had white and red skin. they made weapons appear from out of nowhere and started to fight the big blowfish at the beach. from what I've gathered and all the information I was told by Stephen there aliens from another planet

"Well I could have told you that"

I said rolling my eyes

"You don't understand if their alien beings and they could be dangerous"

"Reynaldo not to be mean or anything but if they were evil aliens than this whole place would have been burnt to the ground but as I can see through the video clips they seem to be protecting this place"

"Yes. But for how long?"

I looked at Rinaldo for a couple of minutes before I couldn't take it anymore and told him to leave. Apparently he only took that as another time to hang out and left without another word, Since today was a new day and I slept all day I still have to go shopping some more food for my refrigerator and maybe do something fun.

When i came to the store I walked the alley Looking for things I need until I saw a girl with a basket putting bags of Cheetos in. she was dressed in a purple and black uniform as for a cafe, she seemed to like the color purple since her whole outfit was purple. I looked away and went back to looking for my favorite chips and finally found them and headed on my way but I looked back to the girl who was still looking for chips. I finally checked out and headed home to put my stuff away and got a message from Mr smiley that I had to come to work. So once again I had a long day at work Work was so boring that I had to watch Tik Tok to keep myself awake.

"Excuse me."

Said a voice making me do a double-take when I saw it was the same girl from the store 

"Um, yes, can I help you?"

"I'm looking for Mr smiley is he around?"

She asked with a smile as I noticed she had sweets, I told her he was busy and that I would take the sweets, she was a little resistant at first but then handed them over and left. When my break came Mr smiley saw the sweets and I told him a girl came with them.

"Aw my little cupcake delivery girl."

He said opening the box and tearing over the pretty decorate cupcakes

"Is she your daughter?"

I asked as she laughed

"No she's a good friend of mine, her name is tsume, she works at the sweet shop named Elemental cafe."

"A bakery? Cool, I'll go see it maybe after work"

I headed home after my shift was done as I said goodbye to mr. Smiley.I was mostly kind of curious about the bakery that girl work that but I had other things to do and I thought I'll do it later on my way back home I was stopping the ground started to shake, I looked up to the sky to see this massive eyeball as 3 women were trying to fight it.

"What the ...."

I was shocked by what I was seeing a lot of people weren't really panicking or what was more surprising was that I saw Steven there with them. the battle was intense has sooner or later they were able to defeat the eyeball and everything pretty much went back to normal after that.it was kind of surprising to know that this stuff happened in a town like this and I guess what Steven was telling me was true and not a lie.

"Wow this place is weird"

I said and carried on home.
