It's been 2 weeks and I haven't been to work. I got up one morning feeling better as a flash from last night came to me. I don't remember much but I kept feeling like Amy was there and she told me she loved me. I shook it off as a dream and tried to forget but it just kept replaying in my head

"You ok?"

Jasper asked, I snapped out of my thoughts when seeing me in the kitchen just standing there

"Oh, right. Sorry, what would you like for breakfast?"

"You Don't have to go to work "

"You know that I've been out longer than I should. I have to go back."

I reminded Jasper and she nodded and understood, I guess that's why she goes to work with me every day to try to understand the work-life of humans

"Hey, can I ask you something?"

"What is it?"

"Did amethyst come by yesterday? Or maybe last night?"

"Not that I know of why?"

"I don't know, I feel like she was here last night or something, I get this weird feeling that I'm forgetting something but I just can't remember"

"I wouldn't worry about it, and besides, you have a weird imagination"

Jasper said as she started to take out the ingredients to make breakfast

"Hey, my imagination isn't weird it's... elementary"

"And that's why I love you "

She said, standing infant Of me, I smiled and hugged her,

"I thought I lost you "

"Why, did I go somewhere, what happened?"

I asked as she chuckled keeping that smile as she kissed me

"It's nothing, don't worry about it."

When Jasper was done cooking we ate together and later headed to the cafe. I was greeted with smiles as many customers were worried about me.

Vex pov)

I was at work lost in thought about amethyst, I wondered if we were even friends and she used me like that and when I told her that I was going to go on a break for a while, she asked me how long am i staying away but I couldn't even answer that to her.

I sigh as I went to the back to get some tools to fix the game machine when I got back Mr smiley called me over to pick up our lunch, I really didn't want to go but he was busy talking to customers and handing out flyers for the new update in the Funland Park. Upon arriving at the cafe I walked in and looked around to see if I could find Tsume but didn't see her so that made me calm down a little bit but then I freaked out I'm seeing Jasper at the catch register

"Oh it's you"

She said not pleased to see me as I wasn't even pleased to see her. Sometimes I wish he was just nice to me for once in a lifetime

"I'm here to pick up Mr. Smiley's order Jasper that's all"

"Right, wait here"

She said walking away from the cash register, a little later she came back and just handed me the order and told me to get out and don't come back. I rolled my eyes and just left but I was saying anything, there was no point in me saying anything to Jasper because I knew it would just make her mad or probably she'll come back harder with evil combat.

I had it back to the Funland and told Mr smiley that our lunch is here. When he got rid of all the customers the two of us went into the back of the arcade and had our lunch
