It took us more than 40 hours, about 7 rotations and 18 stops before we were finally in L.A. I was excited and more than happy to see Andy again. I just hope hes not mad at me that i ignored him for quite awhile.
It was about 9pm so we decided to head to their house to crash for the night. I was really tired and sleeping in a car isn't really an easy thing to do. We pulled into the driveway of this huge mansion looking house.
"You guys live here!?" Sam nodded his head and walked up to the front door, shoving in open with a loud creak.
"We're home!!!" Sam shouted making me flinch. Colby chuckled scooting past me in the door way. All of a sudden i could hear a screech from upstairs then another one from somewhere in the back. We walked more into the house and two more boys appeared.
"Ayeee about time." A blue haired boy said. He looked over to me and his eyes grew wide.
"Colby!!" Another boy said coming up to Colby and hugging him.
"Hey what about me!?" Sam said and the boy gave him a hug laughing. He looked at me with confusion.
"Whos this?" He asks laughing. I guess he laughs a lot.
"Dude. Your in a band arnt you!?" I turned back around to the blue haired boy and nodded my head.
"Charlie this is Jake Webber." Sam said mentioning to the blue haired boy. He turned me around the the other boy who was now accompanied by a girl. "And this is Corey Scherer and his girlfriend Devin." They waved to me and i waved back.
"Jake you know her?" Colby asks Jake mentioning to Jakes question earlier. I turn back around to look at Jake nod his head. He looks down at his phone and then a song starts playing. My song.
"Yeah man. Thats Charlie from the Skeletons." I smiled and walk over to him, holding out my hand which he gradually took for a hand shake.
"Nice to meet you all. And by the way. The Skeletons just broke up." He looked shocked a little hurt.
"How do you guys know her?" Corey asks, coming in and sitting next to Jake along with his girlfriend.
"They actually came to my house asking for help on their car and in favor they are helping me move out here." I sat on a bean bag that was across from all of them while Sam and Colby sat next to Jake.
"Sick. You staying here?" Jake asks. I shook my head and he looked disappointed.
"Im only staying here tonight and then im going to live with my boyfriend. But that doesn't mean i cant come visit you guys." I smiled and they seemed to do the same.
"Whos your boyfriend?" Jake asks. Im guessing hes into rock music.
"Andy Biersack." I smiled, proud to say that Andy is my boyfriend dispite not talking to him. Jake's eyes went wide. He knows who Andy is.
"Isn't he in the band you used to be in?" Im surprised he even knows that. Hardly anyone does. Sam and Colby both look at Jake with confusion.
"Yep." Thats all i said. I didnt want to keep talking about it. Jake was obviously a super fan.
"So you'll be coming here a lot cause your friends with Sam and Colby?" Devin asked and i nodded my head. Sam and Colby we're part of my close friends now and i hope the other three can be too.
"And maybe next time i could bring Andy with me." I smiled looking at Jake trying to controll his excitement. It made me feel great looking at fans excited to see me. It always gave me courage and happiness.
Sam eventually showed me where i would be spending the night and i passed out as soon as i hit the mattress.
When morning came we waisted no time to get ready and head out to Andys house. Colby drove his red Corolla while Sam drove the U-haul. I couldnt exactly drive and i didnt know the streets of L.A. quite yet. After i gave them the address we were there in less then 30 minutes.
I knocked in the door and very shortly the door swung open revealing Andy who had shorter hair then when i last saw him. As soon as he saw me he gave me the biggest hug he could possibly give.
"CC!!! She's back!!" Andy screams inside the house then hugs me again. Sam and Colby both laugh as CC runs out the house screaming and hugging me as well.
"Ok ok. I... Cant... Breath." I choked out through their big hugs. They pulled apart and looked up to the two YouTubers laughing their asses off.
"Oh. Who are you guys?" Andy said pulling me close. I rubbed his back.
"These are my new friends. They helped me this past week." Andy held out his hand for them to shake which they took.
"Nice to meet you man. Shes told us all about you." Colby said, looking at me and winking. I chuckled and gave Andy another hug.
"Thank you for bringing her here safely guys." CC said reaching for handshakes as well.
"No problem man. She helped us with car problems so we helped repay a favor." Sam smiled brightly. He loved helping people. It was hard for him to say no to anyone.
"They helped me move here. For good Andy. L.A. is now my home." He down at me and smiled big. He shrieked with excitement and gave me another big squeeze before kissing me on the lips real hard.
"Im so happy to hear that Charlie!! Welcome home!" He led everyone inside, where we all talked and shared stories. I told them all about Sam and Colby and they told them all about their YouTube adventures. It was in that moment i was happy. Truly happy. I leaned my head against Andy's shoulder as he told his crazy story of how he broke his ribs on stage.
Sam and Colby were right. I was right. Moving to L.A. was the best choice I've made and im glad to say im happier than i was in Pennsylvania.
