Professional Attire
These are the outfits out of Rose's closet when she wants to be professional or match with Willy. She takes inspiration from 1940's fashion and lolita fashion. You won't find a pair of pants with these outfits, but she will wear a pair of stockings, pantyhose, leggings, or tights.
Her professional attire usually consists of a short dress with a vest and a bowed collar. Or a dress shirt with a dress overtop. Or maybe she'll go with a dress shirt and a skirt. Either way, buttons will be incorporated somehow. Rose is a girl that loves her buttons.
She doesn't go big on shoes. Either she'll wear a pair of black flats, Mary Janes, or ankle boots.

Casual Wear
Yes, believe it or not, this is what Rose would call her casual wear. These are the kinds of things that Rose would wear during a lazy day in the factory, or if she were to hang out with one of her friends.
These are also the clothes that Lucy specifically designs for Rose to wear. As you can see, there is a lot of colour, fluffiness and puffiness, ruffles, shine, and theme to her outfits. And yes, there is always a pair of shoes to match.
Willy loves it when it when she wears these because some of her clothes remind him of colourful candy.

Formal Wear
Rose will wear these dresses when and if she goes out to a formal event. Now, she doesn't go to formal events very often, so she also uses her date nights with Willy as an excuse to wear these dresses.
As you noticed, there is a common theme with most of these dresses. Can you guess what it is? That's right. It's the flowers.

Lingerie
Thought I'd give you guys a bonus one and show you Rose's lingerie collection. Her lingerie collection mostly consists of nightgowns and robes, but she does have a corset or two in her closet.
These are things Rose will tend to wear for Willy. He loves seeing her wear these things. But his favourite is when she comes in wearing a robe and pulls it back revealing a corset underneath with a pair of matching stockings. It drives him crazy and definitely puts him in the mood.
