It was just another day in the factory. Willy was off doing some important work, and Rose had Charlie over for some company. Normally, Willy would be mentoring Charlie, but he insisted that the siblings spend some time with each other. It was a great help to Rose to have Charlie over, especially with the twins. That, and she always loved to have her little brother over.

Currently, Rose was in the kitchen preparing a sandwich for Charlie. Charlie was in the living area with his niece and nephew. Rose heard giggling coming from her daughter. She peeked her head out to she what Fleur had found so amusing. What she found was one of the cutest sights that she ever did see.

Fleur was laying on her back, feet hanging up in the air. Charlie kept tickling at her feet. It seemed that Fleur was extremely ticklish, just like her mom. And in the same place too. Rose's feet were very ticklish. "Rosie, she's ticklish just like you!" Charlie laughed. He found the laughter coming from Fleur to be quite contagious.

Rose giggled too. She finished with the sandwich, setting it on a plate and bringing into the living area. She set it on the table behind Charlie, and joined her children and brother on the floor. "Is my little girl ticklish?" Rose cooed to Fleur. Fleur looked up at her mom with big eyes and giggled some more. Rose started tickling Fleur's feet, as Charlie was now eating the sandwich his sister had made him. Fleur just couldn't stop giggling. Her feet kicked and her toes curled. "You know, mommy's feet are very ticklish too"

"I wonder if Dulce's feet are ticklish?" Charlie asked.

"Let's find out" Rose turned to her son and opened up her arms. Dulce instinctively crawled over to his mother. "Can mommy see your feet?" Rose gently grabbed one of her son's feet and grazed her fingertips along the palm of his foot. Hmm, not even a twitch. "I suppose your feet aren't very ticklish" Dulce responded by making some noises. Rose tried to think of another spot where he could possibly be ticklish.

"Let's try here" Rose softly tickled the spot behind Dulce's ear. That sent him into a giggling frenzy. "Oh! So you are ticklish! Just not on your feet!" Clearly, he didn't get that from her. She wasn't very ticklish there. But, it did make her wonder about Willy. "I wonder, is daddy maybe ticklish in the same spot?"

Rose had never tried to see if Willy was ticklish before. She knew that he was sensitive in some spots when she kissed him, but that was different than being tickled. You kiss someone to make them feel good. You tickle someone to make them laugh. Rose remembered, before Charlie ever found the golden ticket, that if Charlie was ever having a bad day, a little tickle to his side would make him feel better. But it was only ever Rose who was allowed to tickle him.

She looked over to her brother, smirking mischievously. Charlie noticed this. "Why are you looking at me like that, Rosie?"

"Oh, nothing" She said as if she wasn't planning anything. She stood up and walked over behind the couch, just where Charlie was sitting. "Just wanted to see if you were still ticklish!" Rose reached and started tickling Charlie's sides.

He laughed hysterically. "Rosie, that tickles!" He let her tickle him for a few more moments, before he became out of breath from laughing so hard. "Okay, Rosie, I can't breath!" Rose grinned, retracting her arms from Charlie. But that's when Charlie went in and started tickling his sister in return. Rose started giggling like crazy. She missed their tickle fights.

At that same moment, Willy had come inside. It was time for his lunch break and he wanted to spend it at home with his family. But, he had heard the laughter when he was coming up the steps on the front porch and was curious to know what was going on. "What is so darn funny in here?" He asked.

Rose and Charlie looked at each other, trying to stifle in their laughter. Rose put a finger to her mouth, indicating that she didn't want Charlie to tell him they had a tickle fight. Rose wanted to surprise Willy with a tickle "Oh, nothing. We just had one of those moments where we look at each other and laugh" Rose passed off.

"Oh, I see" Willy said. He went over to kiss Rose, then he pat Charlie on the head, and then crouched down to greet his children. "And how are my jellybean and gumdrop? Having fun with mommy and Uncle Charlie?" The twins replied by smiling and gurgling at Willy. Fleur stuck her arms out at him, indicating that she wanted to be held by him. "Does my little jellybean want to be carried? I think she does!" Willy cooed ever so lovingly to his little girl. He picked her up and then sat down in his chair with her.

"Can I make you sandwich, cocoa bean?" Rose asked her husband.

"Yes, please" Willy said. Rose made her way into the kitchen. When she got there, she looked over and saw that Willy was plenty distracted. She smirked to herself. This was the perfect opportunity to test if her husband was ticklish or not. But, she was going to do this a bit differently.

She sneaked off to the bedroom to fetch something. When she returned, she had a certain object in her hand. A feather to be precise. It was one Willy had gotten her. He said it was because it was a pretty feather and it reminded him of her. Willy was always bringing her pretty objects, but that was another story for another day.

Anyways, with the feather in hand, she stalked over to Willy. Charlie was distracted with Dulce on the floor to see that she was coming over. Fleur, on the other hand, saw her mother coming over, and watched her with big curious eyes. Then Willy, poor Willy, had no idea what he was about to endure.

"What's got you mesmerized there, jellybean?" Willy asked Fleur, knowing full well that he wouldn't get a clear answer from her. Rose was right behind Willy now. She extended the feather, inching it closer and closer to his neck. She brushed the tip of the feather against the base of his neck.

Willy suddenly felt something against his neck. It made him shiver slightly. "Oh, what was that?"

"What was what?" Rose asked, playing innocent.

"I felt something on the back of my neck" He reached behind himself to try to feel if anything was there, but he couldn't feel a thing.

Rose began snickering. "Oh, you mean, like this?" She ran the feather against his neck again, this time, brushing it up and down like a paintbrush.

Willy broke into a giggling fit. The sensation on his neck made him feel funny, but a good funny that made you laugh. Not a sick funny or a hurt funny. "Y-yes! That's exactly it! Haha!" He turned to see Rose standing behind him. She was smiling wide, holding the feather between her fingers. "Why were you tickling me with a feather, starshine?" Willy asked, not mad about the situation at all.

"I wanted to see if you were ticklish or not" Rose explained. "Fleur is quite ticklish on her feet, so she gets that from me. Dulce is ticklish on the neck so I wonder if he got that from you. And it turns out, he does"

Willy's grin turned mischievous. "So you're ticklish on your feet then?"

"Yes" Rose said. She could tell that Willy was probably planning to get him back for surprising him the tickle like that. But it was worth it. Now, whenever she wanted to hear Willy laugh like that, all she had to do was to give him a tickle on the back of the neck.
