Untold Feelings

"Casey Jackson." A familiar voice said behind me as I was about to close the front door of our house. I turned to face Bob Keenman. A family friend. Bob is a head taller than me. He had a greenish eyes matched with thick eyeglasses. Yeah, he's also wearing that thing. I looked at his outfit. He's wearing a blue faded jeans and a blue checkered polo on top of a white shirt.

I smiled at him. "Hey Bob. 'Sup?" He didn't looked at me. Instead he was looking at the second floor of our house. I followed his gaze and found he was looking at Maddie's window. I looked back at him. "She's not at home." I said as he was about to say a word. I know he came to see Maddie. "She went out with Jamie. But she'll be back at noon." I continued. "Oh." The only word that came out from his mouth. I tapped his shoulder. "Don't worry. I'll tell her you miss her." Bob's face then turned red. "Oh, no! Casey, it's not what you think it is!" I laughed at his reaction. "Nah, I'm just kidding." I winked at him. His face still red. "Gotta go Bob. Kirsty is waiting for me." I said punching his shoulder playfuly. He reacted then punched me back. "See you around Case." he said. "'fcourse." I replied.

I saw him walked away from our house. Poor Bob. He doesn't even know how to tell my sister his feelings. I know Bob likes my sister. I knew it since we we're young. The way Bob looks at her. The way he cares for her. Too bad he's too shy to tell Maddie. But I know someday he'll find a courage to ask my sister out for date.

I smiled at the thought.

I headed on my way to the Green's.
