6:00 pm.

I took time to bath.

Bathing is one of my favorite hobbies.
It makes me feel so comfortable just lying down the tub. And sometimes, playing with the rubber ducklings is so amusing.

I didn't bothered to choose for my clothes. It's just an acquaintance party anyways. So I just grabbed a white tanktop, a black skinny jeans. My usual outfit.

I decided to tie my not-so-long hair. I rolled it up into a bun, a little loose, just right at the top of my head.
Take note I didn't used a comb to do it.

I didn't thought about putting make-ups, like what I assumed girls gonna have tonight. I hate make-ups, as I said.

I wore a pair of gray sneakers to finish my outfit.
I'm just don't know why my friends hated it. Pft.

Grabbing my phone and some personal things, I put them all in a small sling bag. Including a case with my eyeglasses in it. I decided to put my them out this time. My eyes are not that blur anyways. Not as horrible as Maddie's. So I can still manage to walk around without it.

I walked to my bedside table and opened the drawer. I pulled a silver necklace with a ring hanging in it like a pendant. That ring was my mother's. She gave that to me a month before the accident. Whenever I wear it, I feel like my mom was there, beside me.

I turned to check myself on the mirror before rushing out of my room.

******************

Maddie was sitting down the couch, munching her homemade cookies while watching an unfamiliar movie. Yeah, she made the cookies. And she spent the whole day baking 'til it tastes like one.

"You going already?" She said, checking her wristwatch.

I dug a handful of cookies on a plate she was holding before answering her. "Better be early." I said. Already filling my mouth with two cookies.

Maddie looked at me with disgust.
"Stop being a pig, Casey."

I just rolled my eyes and headed to the kitchen. I pulled out a box of orange juice from the fridge and drunk directly from it. I almost choked when Maddie shouted. "Casey! For God's sake! Use a glass!" I turned to face her only to see her wide eyes behind her thick eyeglasses. She's already standing at the kitchen's doorway.

"Oops! Sorry!" I said then returned the box of orange juice from where it was place before, inside the fridge.

"Casey, you should act like a lady now." She snapped as I walked pass her. I just hissed.

"Yeah, whatever." I said rolling my eyes.

Now she's in her 'Big sister' mode again.

My phone rang and Jewel's name appeared on the screen.

"Case, where are you? We're heading to school now." She asked.

"On my way." I replied.

Well.. tonight's the night where everyone in the school will have fun.

Except me.
