—Rose's POV—
After what happened an hour ago my whole body felt horrible. Memories of those people that I love but, unfortunately, lost are coming in my mind
"We need to find water" Chaff said while helping Jane walking
She really broke her foot and just like me she in shock. For what I understood, she was calling her husband's name
"I just don't know how" Josh said while looking around
I suddenly stopped and everyone looked at me confused
"Are you ok? What do you need?" Josh asked
I shook my head and stayed there just looking at the floor. My eyes wide as I took steps back. I hear a gasp coming from Jane and I instantly knew that she saw the same thing that I did
"What the fuck is going on?" Josh asked again
"You guys will not freak out..........we will just get away slowly......." I whispered
"Rose........." Chaff started but Jane interrupted him
"Slowly..........look at the branches above us" Jane said
Both, Josh and Chaff, slowly looked up and widened their eyes. Above us stood a LOT of snakes
I'm not stupid, if they are in here it's because they can kill us, that's why I asked them to move slowly
When I looked around I saw that some of them were now on the floor coming to us, the others just watched us closely
We took steps back
"Guys, do you remember that stupid idea of mine about moving slowly..........well I just had another and I think you will love this one..........run! Just run!"
We turned around and start running. Josh was carrying Jane because she couldn't walk but fortunately he was fast and strong enough to keep up
I start becoming desperate because whatever our direction was they were there. They were everywhere
Out of nowhere, one jumped in front of me and start coming at my way. I took another one of my knives and in the moment that she attacked me, I cut her neck out
Out of her body got some black liquid. I got away from it and start running again. That probably was poison. One bite and you are dead
