—Rose's POV—
"What plan?" Josh asked interested in what Beetee will say
"Where the careers feel save is the jungle?" Beetee asked
I instantly shook my head
"Jungle is a nightmare" Johanna said making all of us agree with her
"Probably here, on the beach" Peeta said
"Then, why are they not here?" He asked again
"Because we are. We claimed it"
"And if we left, they would come?" He was trying to make us understand his plan
"Or stay hidden in the tree line" Finnick said
"Which in just four hours will be soaked with water from the ten o'clock wave" he said "and what happens at midnight?"
"Lighting strikes that tree" I said
He nodded
"Here what I propose. We leave the beach at dusk and head to the lighting tree. That should draw them back to the beach, before midnight, we then run this wire from the tree to the water. Anyone in the water, or on the damp sand, will be electrocuted" Beetee explained
That's how he won his games
"How do we know the ware is not gonna burn up?"
"Because I invited it. I assure you it won't burn up"
Everyone stayed in silence. I looked at Josh and saw him looking at Beetee. They nodded at each other and then Josh, finally, looked at me. He nodded

"Seems like a good plan" Josh said
"Yeah, why not? If it fails, no harm done anyway, right?" Katniss asked
"I said we try"
When everyone has said what they thought about the plan, they turned to me. I still was looking at Josh, trying to understand what is going on in here. I finally looked at Beetee
"Let's try" I said
"So what can we do to help?" Finnick asked
"Keep me alive for the next six hours. That would be extremely helpful"
