See me whole and see me true
This I swear, I'll do for you
See me all
All the good and all the bad
Hold my hand through this lonely abyss
Desire me
The kind of desire that drives adventurers to the brink unknown
To both the treacherous storms that drown sailors
and
To the warmth of the sun as it sets and rises on still waves
Promising a better tomorrow
Give me your tender love
The tender love which
Delivers your phantom lips
Clings to my rosy cheeks from the memory of your kiss
Wraps me in your loving embrace
Silences the turmoil of the world
Be vulnerable
So that I may be vulnerable with you in the quiet hours of dawn and dusk
Where we can witness the pain and beauty that life has bestowed
Where we see, understand, and accept the many masks we forge and wear
I want that love which is constant as the seasons with all of its unpredictability to bear
So please,
Let me be seen
And let me see you
