"So, what's a carnival?" Omega asked me.

"A carnival is a fun little public festival where there are different attractions and games where you can win cute little prizes. There's also stalls where you can get a variety of foods, sweets, savory, spicy you name it. When I was a Jedi I used to sneak out with my best friend Ahsoka to the carnivals on Coruscant."

Omega perked up.

"Sounds fun."

"Oh, it's really fun, you'll love it I promise."

We walked through the entrance and Omega's eyes widened at the brightly colored light and the music playing all through the carnival.

"Wow, it's beautiful." she said awestruck. I smiled down at her.

"I know, it brings back memories."

"You guys know to keep your comms on okay? Just in case something happens alright?"

I rolled my eyes.

"Yes Hunter. We know. Besides, it's just a carnival. It'll be fine. I've always got my lightsaber and blaster on hand."

"I know but-"

"Hunter, relax."

He sighed.

"Fine."

Omega and I ran off towards the Ferris wheel while the other boys went off on their own.

"What's this?" Omega asked.

"It's a Ferris wheel, so you basically sit on one of the seats and it spins you up and you can see the sights when you go up."

"Oh, ok."

We took our seats and when we got to the top I saw Omega's eyes widen at the view of the entire carnival below.

"Wow, it's amazing." she said in awe

"And we haven't even begun exploring." I said with a small laugh.

We got off the Ferris wheel and went to the next attraction which was a ring toss.

"So, what's the point of this game y/n?"

"So what you do is you get three rings and you have to throw them so that they land around the pegs and then you get a prize."

"Oh, it seems easy."

The person at the stand offered her the rings.

"Go ahead, give it a go."

She gave it a try and to my surprise she got it on the first try.

"Awesome!" I high-fived her and the man at the stall handed her a giant bright rainbow teddy bear that was almost half her height.

"Are you good there?" I smiled.

"Yeah." She adjusted her grip on the bear. We both laughed.

We went around other rides, games and little shows like sword fighting, magic tricks, playing with fire and gymnastics.

We stopped at this one attraction which was a blindfolded sword fight with blunted swords.

"Reckon I could do something like that?" I joked.

"Why not? You could use the force to see your opponent. I bet you can do it with one hand tied behind your back."

I smiled at her and ruffled her hair.

"Thank you for the confidence you have in me. I really appreciate it."

"Anytime y/n."

We brought our attention back to the show when one of the men on the stage announced.
