"Welcome my child. I was waiting for you only." The old lady smiled.

"Nae?" I asked in confusion. "For me?"

She nodded with a smile and said, "What do you want to buy my dear?"

"C-couple rings......."

"I can give you but there's only one pair left so you won't be having others to choose from." She said.

"No problem!! Any would work!"

She smiled and took out a small red-colored box and showed me the rings. A smile crept across my face as soon as I saw them. They looked simple and childish, and that's what I liked the most about them. I guess this is what she feels too.

"I'll get these!!" I said with a bright smile.

"I knew that you'd like these." She smiled sweetly.

"How much?"

"700 won."

"So cheap?"

"Of course my dear. These are for kids and are made of plastic. But don't think that their value is any less than a diamond one. As long as you gift something with all your love, it's a million times more expensive than a diamond."

"You're right!! Now I understand why she wanted these!!" I giggled and she smiled and patted my head.

"Then...I'll go now...Thanks for giving me these special things!!" I handed her the little amount of money and was about to head out.

"Wait!! I need to give you one more thing." She said making me turn back.

"One more thing?"

"Follow me." She grabbed her stick and started walking towards the back door of the shop and I followed her.

Ah.... it's her backyard.....

"Here....this the first rose that grew after taking care of the plant for about a year. I'm giving it to you." She said handing me a red rose, it was the most beautiful rose that I've ever seen."

"H-how did you know that I needed to buy a rose?"

"It's made for you only. I planted it on 18th April last year." She said.

It's the day when I first met her, 18th April. So......it's been growing for us since that day?

"Yes." She smiled.

"Nae? Yes for what?"

"C-can you read minds???" I asked in great shock.

"Hahaha no dear but I can see it on your face." She chuckled.

"Now go fast or you'll be late." She said lightly pushing me towards the gate.

"Oh shit!! I'm getting late!! Bye halmoni!! And thanks for the rose!!" I said and started running as fast as possible. Finally, after running for a while, I saw my car but it wasn't alone anymore. Beside it was a police officer standing with his bike.

"Are you the owner?" He asked.

"Yes I am....Is there any problem?"

"You parked your car at a no-parking zone so you'll be charged 40,000 won as a fine."

"Ah....I'm really sorry for that. Just a second." I took out my wallet and gave him the money, bowed, and got inside my car. I couldn't drive fast as he was still watching me. After some time when he was finally out of sight, I started driving at full speed not caring about the traffic rules anymore.

"Gosh, not the traffic again!!" And that's when my phone rang.

"Hey where are you? How long will you take?" -Jhope

"About 30 minutes I guess?"

"Hurry up!! She needs to check-in at least an hour before the flight!! It's already 3:40!!" -Jhope

"I'm trying my best. I'm stuck in traffic."

"Please make it fast. We'll be leaving for the airport in 15 minutes." Said Jhope and hanged up.

*after 15 minutes*

"We're leaving for the airport. You don't come home and go straight to the airport."Jhope said on the call.

"Okay..."

I'm getting more and more nervous as I'm getting closer to the airport now. I don't know what will happen but still, I decided to follow my heart, not caring about the consequences.

[3rd Person's POV]

"When is Jungkook coming?" Y/n asked Jhope, eagerly waiting to see him at least once before going back.

"He's on the way." -Jhope

"Y/n you stand here and wait okay? We'll be back in a moment." Everyone left her alone in front of the airport alone as planned.

"Hey!! Where are y'all going now??" -Y/n

"Washroom!!" They said and ran away.

"Together??? Yah!! How can you leave me alone here??" -Y/n

"And why is the airport so empty today? Where are all the paparazzi and fans? And stalkers? Did they forget that I'm going back today?" She thought.

Jungkook stepped out of his car and walked towards her hiding his hands behind his back which had the cute gifts in them. His heartbeat increased with every step he took. He was very nervous but still managed to walk up to the girl who was annoyed because of standing alone and called her.

"Y/n....." He called and she turned around. Her annoyed face immediately turned soft seeing the boy with doe eyes in front of her, lips curving into a pretty smile. All of his nervousness went away seeing her smile. They felt solipsistic, as if they're the only ones who exist in the world when they stared deep into each other's soul.

"I wanna tell you something." He gathered up all his courage to open up. Taking a few more steps towards her, he softly grabbed her hand and slid one of the matching rings into her ring finger and the other one on his own finger. She was lost. She saw it coming but at the same time, she didn't know why and what is happening.

"I like you! I don't know how to explain my feelings and things that I've felt for you but all I can say is that I really really like you with all my heart. I never thought that I'd fall for someone so deep but you made it possible. So.....will you-" He was cut off by a loud sound of thunder which also made Y/n come back to her senses.

"Jungkook....." She called.

"Hm?" He hummed nervously, waiting for her answer.

"I like you too...." She said as his eyes widened. With a big smile on his lips, he spread his arms to hug her.

"But...."

"B-but?" He stopped in his place hearing the word. The curiosity eating him up.

"I think you're not the one."
