Episode Nine: To The Pool

CHAPTER 9

Suddenly, the room got tense.

"Everyone please face the scoreboard."

Everyone single person looked at the monitor, ten bands got Xs on them as congratulations appeared beside the seven. The losers left the villa; the remaining contestants continuing onto the next round. Everyone gathered in the recording studio to sing the competition's opening theme song, Springtime Welcomes You. After recording; they filmed the music video with intros of their bands and their members. Later on, everyone was eating in the main restaurant.

"It was interesting to see how everyone got along to sing the opening song," Rose smiled.

"Yeah, no one punched each other in the face," Haruto joked.

"Thanks to security," Tendo smirked.

"You know, but the song came out great," Jinji laughed.

"Tonight, we're camping under the stars and having a barbecue beach ball party," Otani added.

"I'm already exhausted can't we at least sleep a little?" Shinzo asked.

"Nah, it's going to be a live broadcast plus its semi-finals. One band will be eliminated and six will continue for the official competition to start," Rose informed.

"That's harsh," Jinji sighed.

"It's competition," Tendo and Otani added.

"And we have to win all five rounds," Haruto said seriously.

"Yeah," they agreed strongly.

After everyone ate, Rose went over to the pool. She rubbed her skin with sun-tan lotion and relaxed on the beach chair listening to music when Genesis's leader, Ryoto showed up. Smirking the moment he saw her and then leaned beside her face before whispering in her ear.

"All alone, baby?" He asked flirtatiously.

Rose jumped a little, "What the heck?" and she noticed his face was too close to hers. "Get away from me!" she demanded.

"Don't you know who I am?" He smiled and sat on the next beach chair beside hers.

She shook her head and answered, "Nope, why would I care?"

Ryoto laughed, "You're funny, babe. I like that song."

Rose was listening to Lauv's – I Like Me Better.

"I like me better when I'm with you...." Ryoto sang to her as she smiled.

"Stop flirting you'll catch flies," Rose teased.

"Seriously, that's rude, babe. Besides I like you. You were awesome when sang the opening theme song. Even my crush got jealous," Ryoto smirked.

"Now I remember you, you're Genesis's leader......uh?" Rose said trying to remember his name.

"Ryoto, princess," he introduced himself.

Rose blushed and rolled her eyes, "Your cheap lines don't work on me, Ryoto."

"Then why are you blushing?" He smirked.

Rose laughed, "What? I'm not."

"Look at me," Ryoto said turning her face to him as he was very close, smiling.

When Haruto, Jinji, Shinzo, Otani, and Tendo appeared.

"You're still not?" Ryoto asked smirking about to kiss her frozen state.

When Haruto shouted, "Rose! Get away from my girlfriend!"

He ran and kicked Ryoto into the pool.
