Paris. This place you usually go to with the person that you love. A couple of toddlers aren't usually part of that idea. About twenty minutes had passed before we reached our destination, a two story building. It didn't look like much but I needed to find my friend and this might be my only shot. I got out of the limo and felt a rush of cold air. It was peaceful for about ten seconds. The two boys got out of the limo arguing. "What kind of place is this?" Cole asked Carter. "Look I didn't pick the location, they did. I'm trying to do all I can," he said as he walked toward the door. I followed him. "Why are we meeting them here?" I asked in a low voice. "Great. Now you sound like your boyfriend. Look I can cancel and we can have no leads," he said. I shook my head. "Good," he said as he knocked on the door. I heard chains and locks unlock. The door flew open and a girl that looked to be a little younger than me stood in the doorway. "Agent Carter. Please follow me," the girl said as she turned around and began to walk forward. We followed her down a hallway. After a couple of minutes, she stopped in front of the door. "Agent Mark is expecting you," she said as she walked in the other direction. "Creepy girl but she did lead us here," I said as Carter opened the door. All that was in the room was a long table with a man that looked to be older than us sitting at the other end. "Agent Carter what a pleasure to see you," the man said as he got up. The two of them walked toward each other. As they got face to face, they didn't shake hands. They threw there arms around each other and began to laugh. "I never thought I'd ever see you again," I heard Carter say. "I know man," the agent said. I coughed. They both looked over at me. "Um hi,"I said. Both boys released and Carter walked over to be with his eye still on the agent. "I'm sorry Lotte. Mark, this is my friend Lotte." He looked back over at me. "Lotte this is my brother Mark," he said. What! Brothers? Well I'm screwed. "Nice to meet you," I said as we shook hands. "When Carter told me about the situation with your friend that has been taken here, I offered to lend my help," he said. He offered us seats. "I have a set of investigators that can find your friend. All I need is a picture of her," he said. I pulled out my cellphone and showed him a picture of Zoe. He wrote down all he features and said, "we will do everything we can but for now you two can stay and monitor our progress if you would like to." Two? Wait where's Cole? I leaned over to Carter. "Have you seen Cole?" I asked. "He probably went to the bathroom," he said as he stood up. "Thanks for helping us," Carter told his brother. "No problem little brother. I'll see you in the morning," he said as I stood up. We said our goodbyes and left. As we walked back out of the building, I saw that the pink limo was gone. On top of that I saw something that scared me, Cole's pocketknife laying on the ground. I picked up the knife. I felt Carter's hand touch my shoulder. "We'll find him too," he said. Where is he?
