You know the dreams that you remember every detail about but you have no idea how you got there? "Lotte. Are you ok," I heard a voice say. Or if its even reality? "Someone call for help," another voice said. Or who the people around you are? "You're going to be fine. A little glass won't kill you," a third voice said. That's where I was. I was in pain. I could barely move but I had no idea why. There was so many people around me. The second voice came back. "Lotte I'm here." I could here more than the words. I could here the voice. It was a boy's. In a matter of seconds, my vision went from blurry to black and reality hit me. I sat up in bed, breathing heavily. Ash walked into the room. "Are you ok?" she asked. As my breath became more even, I said, "yes." I put my legs over the side of the bed as my breathing calmed. I needed to know if this was reality. I went into the bathroom and turned on the sink. I splashed cold water on face and instantly knew that I was no longer in the dream. I heard Ash say, "breakfast is downstairs. We're meeting Carter at his car in half an hour." She went back over to her bed, grabbed some clothes and went into the bathroom. I decided I might as well get dressed too. I went back over to my suitcase and pulled out a fresh outfit, jean shorts, an orange tee shirt, and converse. I grabbed my phone and went downstairs for Breakfast. I couldn't eat after a dream like that so I just got a glass of orange juice and checked my messages. I had a new one from Cassandra. All it said was "doing good here can't wait til' u and Zoe come home." Reading that made my heart ache. I have to keep in mind what's important, finding Zoe. The other was from Carter. "An answer is all I'm asking for in the morning," is all is said. I set my phone next to me and finished my orange juice as Carter came off the elevator. He began to walk toward me and I decided fighting it would be useless. He sat next to me and began to talk. "How did you sleep?" he asked. I heard the elevator ding. "Good. Look I really don't want to answer the question from last night if....." I was cut off. "Guys they got a lead," Ash said as she ran toward us. It just occurred to me that we had somewhere to be this morning. We all walked out to Carter's car and got in. I honestly didn't know where we were going but I knew it would be chaos once we got there.
