"So, what happens if this is it for us," I heard Zoe say from the other side of the room. "Zoe, this ain't the end. It's just a set back. We'll get out," I replied, trying to be as positive as I could. To be honest, I had no idea what was going to happen to us. "Well in case we die or something like that I just wanted to say Lotte you're like a sister to me and I'm glad I get to go through this with one of my best friends," she said. I began to tear up. I came all this way to save my best friend and I got kidnapped. I am an idiot. This can't be the end. "Thanks Zoe. You're gonna make me cry. And if we don't get out of this, I wanna say you're a great person that I wouldn't have traveled all over the world for anyone else," I replied as I caught my breath."Well if we're confessing stuff to Lotte I guess it's my turn," I heard Carter say. "Lotte I may have only known you for a short period of time, but that doesn't change how I feel about you. I can't get you out of my head and I don't think you deserve a jerk like Cole. You deserve someone who sees how amazing you are." This whole time I hadn't realized it, but I was looking at the ground, crying. I looked up at him on the other side of the room. He bit his lip, looked down, and looked back up at me. "Lotte, I need to know. Even if we don't get out of this, would you wanna be with me?" he asked. The answer didn't come quickly. Giving my heart away again seemed so stupid. So idiotic! So... Ugggghhhh! But an answer did come. "Yes," I said. As soon as I said that, the door opened and in came Kat. "I assume you have all made your decisions," she said. "Yea it's still a no," I replied. "Ok have it your way," she said. She snapped her fingers and two teenage boys came in and grabbed Zoe and I. He grabbed both my arms and drug me out of the room. "CARTER!" I screamed. "LOTTE!" he screamed and just like that, the door shut and I was being forced down a hallway.
