Bo...

The next day...

"Bo? Where are you?"

I heard Luke ask as I brushed my teeth in the bathroom attached to Luke's room. He appeared in the doorway minutes later and sighed.

"What do you say we go and get some breakfast in town?"

He asked and I scoffed, finishing up before leaving the bathroom. No thanks...

"I'm sorry about yesterday, but, it's the truth, Bo."

Luke said and I nodded.

"I know, Luke, I'm just worried about how this thing will play out. Can I at least go home for a little while? Just to straighten things out with Liam?"

I asked him and he shook his head, sitting on the bed next to me.

"I don't trust him. Even if you do."

He said and I sighed.

"I'm your mate, Luke. Mate's are supposed to trust each other, right? Then, trust me to keep your secret. Liam is my Brother, he wouldn't hurt me."

I told him and he nodded before moving closer to me. He reached up and pulled a stray hair away from my face before leaning forward, his lips catching mine in a short and meaningful kiss.

"Be careful."

Luke said and I nodded, too stunned to speak. Luke left the room and I took a moment to collect myself before slipping my shoes on and leaving the room, walking back to my, now, old house, leaving the vampires behind.

I knocked on the door, somehow over the time I've been with the boys, I have lost my keys. The door opened seconds later and Liam stepped out, gasping and pulling me into a death gripping hug when he saw me.

"Bo! I'm so glad that you're okay!"

Liam exclaimed and I nodded, trying to find the right words to say.

"Some 'friends' have been taking care of me. I'm sorry if I worried you."

I told Liam and he nodded, frowning when I said the word 'friends'. He pulled me inside and shut the door, locking it as he did. He lead me to the sofa and sat down beside me.

"How about a movie and I'll phone in take out?"

Liam asked and I giggled.

"Take out for breakfast?"

I asked Liam and he made a funny face before nodding and leaving the room, leaving me to my thoughts.

"Thanks for breakfast, Liam, I better be going now."

I told him and he shot up and shook his head. I frowned at him as he stood in front of me.

"No! This is your home, you're not going anywhere."

Liam said and I frowned, why is he being so difficult? I shook my head, proceeding to the door, only to have Liam stand in front of me again.

"I'm not having you go back to them bloodsuckers!"

Liam growled and my eyes widened. He knew? How the hell is that possible?

"How?"

I asked Liam and he scoffed.

"Didn't Luke tell you? I was one of the wolves that he was fighting yesterday."

Liam said and I gasped, he had lied to me! Liam lied to me as well.

"He's not the only one not telling me things. Liam... I'm seventeen and your twenty one. How could you hide this from me for all those years? Knowing what happened with Mum and Dad. Liam, how could you?"

My eyes teared up and his expression softened. He tried to near me, but, I held my hand up. He stopped before speaking.

"I'm sorry, Bo. I only did it to protect you. I knew that if a vampire was to fall in love with you, that you would have to be turned into one of them and I wasn't about to let my only Sister become one of them!"

Liam exclaimed and I sighed. I'm not in love with Luke... Am I? I stared at Liam and frowned.

"It's a vampire or a werewolf. Why can't I choose what I turn into?!"

I glared at Liam and he chuckled.

"Because you are meant to become a werewolf, not one of those bloodsuckers!"

He said and I shook my head.

"You can't make me! No one can!"

I shouted at him before pushing past him and running from the house and into the woods where I saw Ashton. He turned to look at me and glared, but, he lost his glare when he saw the tears streaming down my face.

"What's wrong?"

He softly spoke and I broke down in the middle of the woods, arms protectively wrapped around my broken frame as Ashton whispered shushes in my ear.

"What's going on here?"

A voice interrupted and I looked up through teary eyes and saw Luke standing a few feet away, a confused expression on his face.

"Here, mate, take her."

Ashton said and Luke nodded before taking me into his arms. I turned to him as Ashton speeded away.

"How did you know that I was here?"

I asked him and he smiled.

"I felt your pain."

He said and I smiled softly. How?

"It's a mate thing." Luke said, reading my mind.

Maybe I have made my choice after all?
