Welcome back! I hope you've all been having a wonderful June so far. It's very hot where I live in Canada right now (which probably seems strange to anyone who doesn't live here since we're stereotyped as being an iceberg all year round) so I look forward to a mini camping trip later this week. *insert regular spiel about voting if you enjoy here*. Thanks so much for your support and I'll see you in July! - Amy

Two weeks. It had been two weeks since Julie's first date with Hamish. They'd gone on multiple dates since, starting with brunch two days later, short lunch dates during the week, dinner a few more times and even a day driving in the countryside. Julie found herself enjoying getting to know Hamish in the traditional sense, which was something she never saw being the truth for herself.
Marcus also appeared to be on the mend and was hanging out with Melinoë more often. Julie felt relieved at seeing her brother leaving the house a few days a week without needing to be dragged by his feet. Her twin was feeling better so Julie was feeling great.
"So..." Danika trailed.
Julie turned to face Danika, careful to not move her legs since her feet were currently in a tub filled with Garra rufa fish, eating away at any last bits of dead skin. "Yes?"
Danika wiggled her eyebrows. "Have you two done it yet?" she whispered.
"Danika," Julie laughed. "The fish can't understand us."
"I know," Danika sighed. "Force of habit. Olympus has people everywhere and the nymphs gossip like crazy."
Julie smirked, knowing it was the truth. The few times she had been to Olympus with Hermes was more than enough for everyone to know her name. According to Danika, the minor goddesses and several nymphs were jealous of her and frequently gossiped. They probably have a burn book about me.
"So have you?" Danika repeated.
Julie snapped back to the present. "Uh... yeah. A few days ago we did for the first time."
Danika's eyes would've sparkled if they could. "Tell me everything!"
Julie laughed at her best friend. "There isn't much to tell, really." She shrugged and thought back to the night. "I guess it was good? I don't know, it was ok?"
Danika's face dropped. "Ok?"
Julie's face grew warmer. "It wasn't bad at all, but it also wasn't like how it was with Hermes. It was definitely a lot better than any of the other men I've slept with since Hermes and I started seeing each other."
"Oh, that's good then!" Danika's excitement was back. "If your first time with Hamish was decent then it'll only get better."
Julie sighed and leaned back into her reclined seat. "I sure hope so."
"Don't worry," Danika said. "Hermes is a little man whore and has known you for years now. It's probably hard to remember, but I'm sure sex with him wasn't as amazing to start with."
It was pretty damn amazing, Julie thought, but opted to keep that thought to herself. "You're right," she said instead. "I'm sure it'll get better. I've just been spoiled for a while." Julie quickly looked around to make sure no one was within an earshot of them "When it comes to all of the humans I've slept with, and you know there are a lot, Hamish blew them all out of the water for sure." That part wasn't a lie.
Danika clapped her hands together, similar to the way Aphrodite did when she was excited. "That's amazing, Julie. Give it a few months for your feelings to grow along with your chemistry and he'll be blowing your mind."
