Study Performed on Alien Weapons

A new study, investigating the destructive aliens ravaging the Earth, has been performed. The team, led by Lisa Klein, has been illuminating. It focused on the content of the weapons, which initially appeared to be pure light.
"We wanted to find what caused the corrosive properties," Klein said. "Our biggest difficulty was identifying a sample to test." The sample was gathered by another member of her team, Harry Bette. Bette had laid out a series of containers across Los Angeles, assuming an attack in the area. When the attack did occur, the containers were triggered to capture the material.
What the team found was a very unique gas.
