The Swimming Pool Incident

I woke up around ten a.m. Bucky wasn't in bed. I threw on my clothes from the previous night and I made the bed (cause I'm fun like that). Finally, I left a note for Bucky on my pillow and carried my heels in my hands. I walked out of the bedroom and saw that the rest of the apartment was completely empty. I opened his front door and entered mine across the hall. God, I should've knocked.

"Oh god, why on the couch?" I asked. Abby and Clint were making out like there was no tomorrow. They looked at me. "For gods sakes, it's ten in the morning. Who does it at ten in the morning?!?!!!"

"A lot of people actually!" Clint replied.

"Ok, ok. Where's Bucky?" I asked. The two separated and sat normally on the couch.

"Well, Tony rented out the YMCA's pool, so I'm assuming Bucky probably went to get a swimsuit from Steve." Clint said.

"So, wait, we are all going swimming today?" I asked.

"In an indoor pool, of course. It is the middle of March... But, yes." Abby explained.

"Cool. I will go grab my suit." I said. I walked into my room and found Alexa looking through my closet.

"What are you doing there, Lexa?" I asked.

"I can't find my one swimsuit and I was trying to see if it was in here." She replied as she popped up off the ground. "Here it is!" It was a cute bikini that had a multi colored pattern. The bottoms were a simple green, but it matched the top perfectly. All in all, Steve was a lucky man.

"Cute." I replied. Alexa started playing with one of the laces on the suit and looked at me.

"So, how was last night?" Alexa asked. I knew she was going to ask. I peeked out of the bedroom door and closed it behind me.

"It was amazing. He is a very fine man!" I replied.

"Yes, and? Are you going to give me details?" She asked.

"I don't know if I'm entirely comfortable talking about that." I replied.

"I am!" Tony said as he opened the door. Alexa grabbed a random bra and threw it at him.

"Get out of here, Stark!" She said. He looked at the bra in awe.

"A souvenir, ooh la l-" Alexa closed the door in his face.

"Ok, so was he good, bad-"

"I don't know how to explain this. I'm not that comfortable talking about this." I said as I took my bikini and grabbed the door handle. I turned to look at her. "But...he was fantastic!" I said. Alexa squealed in delight. I opened the door and found that I had hit Abby, Jordan, and Tony and had knocked them to the ground.

"What are you guys doing?" I asked.

"We wanted details!" Tony exclaimed.

"Come on, Ellie. The details must be spread." Abby said. I stared at her and shook my head.

"Did you Seize the D?" Jordan asked. The Newsies reference was actually 'Seize The Day', but not anymore!

"Did you touch his ding do-" I interrupted Abby.

"La La La, I'm not listening. I'm just going to go and get dressed in my room." I said. I walked down the hallway and into my room. Ever since Alexa officially moved in, some additions were added to my apartment that involved a couple bedrooms. I didn't mind, though. I was an only child growing up and had never had older or younger sisters and brothers to have company with. It was nice to have my friends, though. I put on my swimsuit, which was a pair of purple swimming shorts and a flower patterned bikini top, and grabbed my pink flip flops. I put on some sunscreen, just in case, grabbed my goggles, and entered my kitchen area. Jordan had thrown on a one piece suit that was bright blue and had green streaks going down the sides. Abby had put on a bikini that had pineapple designs on both the tops and the bottoms.
