Karma is amazing!

I drove my new car through the snowy streets of New York City with Alexa in the passenger seat. I looked in my rear view mirror and saw Abby and Jordan in the other car. Maddy was in charge of decorating and keeping Bucky busy. My phone rang and I answered it through the blue tooth.

"What's up?" I asked.

"Ok, so where exactly are we going?" Abby asked.

"Well, Where did you by gifts for Clint's birthday?"

"Ellie, what month is it?! His birthday was before I met him. It won't happen until next November!!"

"Oh, I did not know that."

"Shame, Ellie. Ok, so we are in New York City. Please tell me that you are not going to by his gift from Walmart... Are you?" Abby replied

"God, no! I have bad luck with clothes there already. Can you imagine trying to find clothes for a six foot man with a metal arm and abs at Walmart?" I asked.

"Uh, yeah! Walmart is the best!" Jordan replied.

"Very funny. Well, the mall has a lot of stores, so we're better off there." I replied.

"We always go to the mall." Jordan said.

"Ok, calm yourself! This is a free country, Jordan, and what we say goes. Understood?" Alexa said with a giggle. She was Captain Americas girlfriend, so 'this is a free country' had to be apart of that argument.

"Jesus Fabio, get your crap together!"Jordan said. I laughed and made a right turn.

"Jordan, just... Shut your ass and let Alexa talk." Abby said. I laughed. The two of us parked our cars and headed into the mall.

"Jesus, this place looks like a pigstine." Alexa said. It was true. The mall needed some remodeling and better cleaning services.

"Your ass is a pigstine." Abby said. We all looked at her. She was laughing. "Sorry, I'm just trying to lighten up the mood." She said and continued to laugh. I just shook my head and walked past one of the yogurt shops.

"We should get him yogurt coupons!!" Alexa said.

"He doesn't even eat there. Only we do." I replied.

"All the more reason to buy him coupons!" She replied.

"Dammit, now I want yogurt." Abby said as we walked in. She saw a pile of cushions near the front window and sat on them.

"I'm a bird!" She said as she flapped her wings. There was only one other guy in the store and he looked at her weirdly. Abby noticed and looked back at him with a weird smile.

"Ok, time to go!" I said as I walked straight out of the shop. Everyone else followed me. I walked past Bath and Body works until-

"Buy five, get five free hand-sanitizers!!!!!! Has god answered my prayers?" Jordan screamed.

"Don't you mean, hasn't Thor answered my prayers?" Alexa said. Jordan didn't even reply. She began smelling samples and putting them on her hands.

"Ellie, smell this!" Jordan said and practically shoved the hand-sanitizer up my nose. I gagged.

"Oh god, I just smell alcohol now."

"Calm yourself!" Jordan said as she checked out. The four of us headed to a nearby shoe store, also known as Journeys.

"Check these out!" Alexa said as she found a pair of boots.

"Cute, but we're looking for Bucky." I said.

"Right!" She said and began looking around.

"Hey Ellie, you know friends are like trees. If you hit them with an axe, they will fall down." Abby said. I looked at her as she began laughing. The three of us joined in and shook our heads.
