Fair Maiden My Ass

While I was sitting in the kitchen sulking with a tub of ice cream, Jordan was stalking Thor. They walked into the kitchen again.

"But fair maiden, why must you touch thou's biceps? Can't a God get a little privacy?" Thor asked. Though, I think he was really enjoying Jordan's awkwardness. I heard Abby up in the vents laughing. It was muffled, but I cold understand most of it.

"Do you want to know how to protect your shampoo from Tony?" Abby asked.

"Sure." Clint replied.

"DOLPHIN MODE!!" Abby yelled as I heard her start to move around in the vents, most likely, with the movements of a dolphin. Alexa, meanwhile, had come back into the kitchen while Steve began moving in new furniture.

"Hey Ellie!" Alexa said, "You ok?" She asked. I then went into a detailed account of what had happened to Bucky, while Steve kept running back and forth between the hallways. Once I was done, I noticed that Alexa was sucking on her spoon.......And not in the normal way.

"Jesus Alexa!" I said.

"What? I can't help it if Steve has a nice ass." She said. Oh god, is this what life has come to?

Bucky's POV
I ran to the elevator and pushed the emergency stop button. I sat in the corner and began breathing heavily. I had killed Howard. I had killed a man who had saved my sorry ass life back in the 40's.

"Mr. Barnes, if I might recommend these following exercises to control your breathing." Jarvis said and began telling me what to do. After a couple of minutes, my breathing was fairly normal again.

"Thanks Jarvis." I said.

"Anytime. Now, if I might recommend, Miss Ellen enjoys tacos." Jarvis replied.

"What?" I asked.

"Miss Ellen's favorite food is tacos, but she also enjoys a good dinner at Applebee's as well." Jarvis explained, "I'm simply offering this for future reference."

"Thank you?" I replied. I probably did owe her a nice meal after freaking out like that. I just needed to talk to Stark first.

Alexa eventually walked with Steve back to her room, wishing me luck with Bucky. I then realized that Stark probably wasn't feeling all that well and he probably wanted to talk to someone about it. I had given him a good hour and so I decided to check on him. I threw away the tub of ice cream and went back to my room to change. I threw on a pair sweatpants, a long-sleeves Wonder Woman shirt, and a pair of high tops. I then took the stairs back to the main level. As soon as I came out of the staircase, I ran smack into Bucky.

"I'm sorry." I said, "I'm really clumsy at times." I finished. He helped me up and mumbled a small sorry.

"Where are you heading?" He asked.

"I'm heading back to check in on Tony. You?" I asked.

"To check on Tony, I owe him so many apologies." Bucky said. I gave him a sad smile and began walking away. He followed me. It was an awkward silence most of the walk there, until,"I'm sorry about pushing you. I really am." He said.

"Bucky I understand why it happened. That's why I'm here, to help you." I said and grabbed his hand, "And never be ashamed of your arm. It's bad-ass." I said. He laughed as gave a slight smile and squeezed my hand.

"I just hope Stark forgives me." Bucky stated.

"I'm sure he will. You were brainwashed, tortured into killing Howard." I said. Bucky grimaced. I squeezed his hand again, "Oh, and if I were you, I would get Stark to look at your arm. Like, what if he could turn it into a DustBuster?" I said. Bucky laughed.

"A DustBuster?" He asked.

"Yeah, it would be easy to clean and trust me I hate cleaning. Meanwhile, you could be done in like 10 minutes." I said. He smiled and we finally reached the music room. We were about to enter when the vents behind us fell to the ground with Clint and Abby inside. I heard Abby scream "Fuck." On the way down. Clint and her were intimately close and I could tell they had been making out. Maddy, Jordan, and Alexa ran over.

"Ooh, Abby getting some action there?" Mady asked. Abby blushed and I started laughing.

"Why are you laughing?" Jordan asked.

"Abby-" I said between laughs, but I couldn't get the rest of the sentence out. The 'F' word always makes me laugh when Abby says it. I sat on the ground and continued laughing. They all stared at me like I was nuts. Alexa started laughing too.

"Why are you laughing?" Jordan asked.

"Cause she is." Alexa replied while pointing at me.

"Y'all scare me." Maddy stated.

"Do you want to go to the lab with me?" Maddy asked Bruce.

"Sure, let's just wait, though. Ellie's laughing is more entertaining." Bruce replied. I was still laughing and Tony appeared out of nowhere.

"What the hell did I miss?" Tony asked.

"Oh, hi Tony!!!!!!!" Jordan screamed.

"Dear god, it's the stalker." Tony said under his breath and ran behind Bucky, "Hey can you be my personal bodyguard for like ten minutes?" Tony asked.

"Sure?" Bucky said.

"Great. Hey crazy woman!" Tony said signaling Jordan, "Could you get me some coffee?"

"Yes sir!!!" Jordan said and began running until she ran into a wall, "I'm good, I just have a lack of depth perception." Jordan said and continued running. Her actions just made me laugh harder and caused Alexa to laugh too. The rest of the Avengers had arrived at that moment. Steve looked at Alexa and smiled.

"Ow!" Abby said. One of Clint's arrows had poked her.

"Sorry." He said and then whispered into her ear. She began laughing and soon Alexa, Abby, and I were laughing our asses off. Abby crawled over to me and whispered in my ear.

"Clint said 'The biggest arrow isn't in my quiver.'"I began laughing harder and the Avengers probably thought I was nuts.

"Why was she laughing in the first place?" Sam asked.

"If you say the 'F' word around her, it makes her laugh uncontrollably." Maddy explained. Jordan came running back.

"Here you go Mr. Stark." Jordan said. He took the cup of coffee and hid back behind Bucky.

"Fair maiden!!!" Thor exclaimed.

"Fair maiden my ass." Tony whispered to Bucky.
