Chapter 29

"Stacy how would they know how to find the nanny to take LJ?" My mother asked.

"Mommy it had to be someone watching us, someone who knew our every move" I said.

My mind was so cloudy right now. The only person that came heavily to my mind was Kimmy but I am waiting for Line to get back home. Someone had our son and since they have been watching us they could easily take anyone of us but they took LJ so that mean this was personal.

I heard when the car pulled in the drive way, Line was accompanied by a police car. I went to meet him downstairs. I could tell by the look on his face that there was no progress.

"Stacy put on some clothes we going somewhere with the police but I want you to follow their instructions" Line said.

I got ready without hesitation, we got into separate car with police following with a little distance. I did not asked where we were going I just had to trust him. I was riding with Czar who was really quiet and that's unlike him.

"Czar you think we aguh find him?" I asked him.

"Stacy there is no other option, yuh hear me?" He said.

I have never seen him this worried and I know he was about Line because all of this could easily trigger something evil in him.

I finally realize that we were at the apartment on contant spring road where Kimmy was staying. We parked across the road from the complex.

"Stacy this is Officer Blake and he will be assisting us" Line said. I shook the officer's hand.

"Now Ms Jones I need you to stay close to us while Mr. Walker goes inside to see if the target is present" The officer said.

I Looked at Line with tears in my eye and he nod his head. Two officers in plain clothes move in with him. I watched as they made their way into the building. I waited anxiously for what seemed like an eternity. Finally they came out just as they went in.

"What happen?" I asked when they return

"She is gone, Kimmy cleared the place and gone" He said.

My heart hit the floor and a sharp pain was felt in the bottom of my belly. They had to rush to my aid and placed me in the car. I was crying but the tears would not come.

"You have to go home and let us deal with this" Officer Blake said.

I can't go home knowing my son is with that mad gyal" Line said.

"Officer is there anything we can do?" I asked.

"There is nothing you can do right now, I have a picture of Miss Tarrant so we are going to send it out to the air ports and Mr. Walker, Ms. Jones please prepare yourselves for the media because this is a high profile case and you guys are well known so brace yourself got the madness" He said.

I could not take much more of this, this was the worst feeling in the world. To think my baby was out there with someone he does not know. I believe that this was our karma catching up to us. They took us back home and told us not to move they would let us know if they had any information. My house had my friends and family all supporting us. I don't think we could have manage alone. I watched Line from my bedroom window sitting by the pool by himself.

"You know me should have fuck up Kimmy when I had the chance" I said to Tricia

"You think Line knows how to find her?" She asked.

"Maybe he does but she has LJ so he had to be really careful" I said.

"Line make dah gyal deh feel well comfortable and look how him same one aguh kill her. Czar said him guh to kill her three times already and Line stop him. He said she was the source of all his anxieties, the man has been carrying her burden since they were children and she can't give the man a break" Tricia said.
