I tried tracing the person who hacked Siddhant's phone by tracking down the location.

It took time due to the low internet speed.

Till that time, we all hung out in the rooftop pool, just swimming and chatting with each other.

Sia and Dimitri were just laying down on the bench doing nothing.

Ha, lazy bones.

Lydia, Ravi and I were swimming around and playing water polo.

I chuckled remembering the times in the pool I had with Siddhant.

No matter what I did, I could always remember him

I walked to the large pool in the backyard. There was an indoor one on the fourth floor but I loved outside in the nature. It was boiling hot today, especially suitable for a nice swim. I got sat down and dipped my legs into the pool.

Ah, the freezing cold water refreshed me and made me feel cool instantly. I looked down at the crystal clean water of the pool to see my reflection staring right back.

I smiled. It smiled back.

I frowned. It frowned back.

"What in the world are you doing?"

Siddhant.

I heard his footsteps come closer. He sat down beside me and dipped his legs into the pool too.

"What were you doing? Practicing drama?" He asked, chuckling, "You made so many expressions."

I huffed. "How do you care? My expressions, I do whatever I want," I said, crossing my arms on my chest.

He raised his hands in surrender.

I sighed and let the water do the job. It was brisk but refreshing. I

heard a soft bark and a smile immediately appeared on my face. Zeus ran towards me and leaped into my arms. I held him and ran my hand through his soft fur.

Siddhant smiled and patted his back. He had come a long way. Before, he didn't even step in the same room Zeus was in, but now he pets him and cuddles with him at night. Zeus barked again and ran off.

"You know, I want to be like water," I said absent mindedly, kicking my legs, causing ripples to form.

He raised his eyebrows in question.

I shrugged. "Water is soft enough to offer life, but tough enough to drown it away. Life. Life is like water. It can be calm and still, or rough and rigid, but in the end, it's always beautiful."

He hummed.

"I'm sorry," He suddenly said.

I scrunched my nose. "For wha-"

I didn't get to complete my sentence as he pushed me into the freezing cold pool. I fell down with a huge splash. I coughed and my head was bobbing up and down. I finally gained my balance and stood still.

The pool's frosty and cold currents hit me hardly making me shiver and sneeze at the same time. I saw Siddhant laughing his ass out, clutching his stomach.

I smirked.

I linked my arms around his foot and pulled forward. He lost his balance and boom!

He fell into the pool too. He coughed and removed the wet hair from his face to glare at me. I shrugged.

"Tit for tat," I said simply.
