"Our escape date won't change, now that Y/n's awake, we can tell her everything." Norman said to Emma and Ray who listened quietly, Emma looked a bit sad at this. She knew once telling everything to Y/n, she mostly likely not to believe them.
"Emma." She looked up as Norman called her, "Don't worry about Y/n, I'll be the one to tell her everything, I'm sure once she knows, she'll understand."
-
"This is so delicious!" Y/n said cheerfully as she ate her dinner which was made especially for her by Isabella who supervised her.
Once she was done with her dinner, Sister Krone came in and both her and Y/n talked about many things before Isabella left.
The atmosphere in the room grew cold, shivers ran down Krone's back as she watched as Y/n's happy expression change into something that horrified her.
"Now, let's get back to what we talked about earlier before we were interuputed, shall we?"
-
Norman stood in front of Ray, his eyes starting into his soul as he leaned forward, "the traitor is you, isn't it?"
Ray's eyes widened wide, not a single sound left his lips as he looked at Norman. The white haired boy said nothing as he leaned away.
Ray looked at him before flopping down on the bed, a hand over his face before he started to laugh. The room was filled with his menacing laughter as Norman watched him, this confirming his suspensions.
-
While you and sister Krone were speaking to each other, you could hear the faint sound of laughter before it came to a stop. Smiling to yourself, you grinned as your plan started to finally get into action.
"Sister Krone," You called out for her and she looked at you, "why did you try to kill me despite Mama's threats?" You couldn't help but ask her, deep down, you were hurt that she betrayed you but the again, you did see this coming.
She stayed quiet making you speak again, "in the end, you failed....and you want to know why?"
Your lips turned into a sinister smile as you placed on a hand on your chest, "simply because this isn't the first time this had happened." A giggle escaped you as you watched her expression.
Leaning down to her ear, you whispered a few things to her since you knew she wouldn't be here much longer. Pulling back she shivered once more, "you're.... you're crazy. There's no way anyone can achieve that, especially a child!"
She yelled, not believing you in the slightest as you grinned at her. "Shhh. Someone might hear you!~"
Gritting her teeth together, you knew you held her against a corner. Your true colors were final shown to her and her alone....but were they really?
"You knew I was special to Isabella so that's why you planned to take me out first or rather seize my movements for a bit so you could go ahead and confront everyone who knows the secret of this house." You explained briefly, "Ray, Norman, Emma, Gilda and Don. They all know that secret now, don't they?"
She nodded her head.
"I'm actually kinda hurt they didn't tell me before them but that makes my plan go even more smoothly." Giving her a closed eyed smile before sighing.
The door opened and Isabella stepped inside, "oh, you're still talking with Y/n?"
"Oh, we were talking about the books you gave me, mama!" Krone felt sweat drip down the side of her face as she watched as your whole act changed in a heartbeat. "Norman also said he would come and read with me before bedtime too!" You cheered happily, giving a quick glance at Krone who stayed quiet.
Isabella smiled at this, "I see, I'm sure Ray and Emma will be joining in as well?"
You went silent, "uh, I don't know. Ray maybe wouldn't want to since he doesn't like reading what I like and Emma seems to be too energetic to sit around and hear someone read out loud..."
"So! It will just be Norman and I and little Phil!"
"You would mind if I come along and listen in?" Isabella asked, she wants to make sure that you weren't told the secret by Norman.
This is why she won't leave your side from now on and with the fact that someone poisoned you with pills from the infirmary.
-
Today was the day that Sister Krone was assigned to leave the house, the days leading up to this, you tried to convince her that you didn't hold a grudge for her almost killing you.
"Sister Krone, I'm sorry for everything and everything that's going to happen once you step in those gates." You stood outside, a few feet from the house as she turn to look at you.
"Are you saying...?" She said, not wanting to say it out loud.
You nod your head with a bittersweet smile on your lips as your eyes held a kind look, your guilt was getting to you once again. "Yes, once you meet with grandma, I'm afraid that's where your journey will end."
She let out a scoff, "to think, this is where all my work will end."
You couldn't help but frown at this, "sister Krone, you tried your hardest to survive in this cruel world. That's what I admire about you, if I were in your shoes, I would just kill myself but I can't, I still have a promise to hold."
"This promise....is from your brother?"
"'Home...is where ever we are together.' Those were the last words he told me before....you know."
"He was shipped away...." She finished off. "Tell me one last thing, what side are you on?"
She couldn't help but ask, she knew you were fully aware of the situation you were all in and yet, you didn't move a finger to help yourself.
"Neither, I simply want to help them escape, nothing more, nothing less." You shrug your shoulder.
"If they do succeed in escaping, do you plan on going with them?"
You smile at her and give her an answer.
