Chapter 8-A talk with Alberto

Emilia's pov
We were just sat on the tree platform that night "Guys I think I might of seen my parents" luca says "no way they wouldn't ever come here like we told you" Alberto says "I agree luca especially your mother" I say. Luca still seemed sure of himself "but what if they did? Their gonna send me to the deep"
He says worried "that's won't happen luca it's gonna be okay" I say softly to luca "listen relax Emilia's right that's never gonna happen" Alberto says. Gald he's on my side at least then Giulia jumps and sat in between luca and Alberto, I should say I sat to the left of Alberto while luca was sat on his right. Just as I think that maybe she would be a friend she seems to be taking away luca but I wouldn't say anything incase i was wrong about it "all right boys, pretty good today but let's talk technique" she says. I just stayed quite "hey ragazzi I need some help with the nets" mr Marcovaldo says "you, the boig stong one" he says talking about Alberto "andiamo" Mr Marcovaldo says "I'll be right back" Alberto says getting out of the tree following him. He seemed a little sad as he walked off, while luca and Giulia laid down luca  sighs "don't worry we're going to win and you'll get your vespa" Giulia says "why do you want a vespa again?" She asked. I smiled as I thought of all the  adventures we're gonna have "oh course it'll be amazing, everyday we will ride some place new and every night we'll sleep under the fish right Emilia?" Luca says "oh yea it is gonna be so great!" I say. I really hope Alberto gets back soon and I tries to block out what they are saying and when I snapped out of it again I see I was completely alone "ha I guess I didn't deserve to be told that they left" I say hugging my legs close to my chest "hey guys I'm back.....where did luca and Giulia go?" Alberto asked and I shrugged. He sat next to me "you know if your not busy maybe after this race where we end up going we could have a date?" He asked and I look at him "your asking me out?" I say surprised and he nods. I smile at him "I'd love to Alberto" I say and he smiles. He then looked at me "is there something your hiding?" He asked catching me a little off guard "if I tell you please don't tell luca" I say and he promised "well I say k don't remember what happened with my real parents but I lied, I remember that day like it was yesterday" I say and he listed in to everybody I say. I take a deep breath "they had started the day happy but then they started fighting again like they had for a while but they never knew I could hear every word they would say, my own farther had Blamed me for the fights every time and on this day he had had enough and he dragged me far away from home and my mother did even stop him!" I was crying at this point. I whipped my eyes "then my farther just dumped me near where luca lived then he left me there by myself and eventually I was found by luca's family and they raised me ever since" I say as I feel him hug me "I'm sorry and I promise you never have to worry about me ever doing something like that" he says and I hugged back. I Eventually clamed down "I'm gonna go look for luca, I'll be right back" he says as he pulled away from the hug and goes looking for luca I tried to get some sleep at least.
