Chapter 10

"so where did you get the dog?" Seth asked as he sat in the kitchen table with dean. Bucky was on the floor between the two boys begging for their breakfast. "I told you a friend"

"moms new boyfriend gave him to us" leave it a child to spill out the secret. "dean!" she said nervously. "what boyfriend?" Seth quickly asked.

"he's not my boyfriend" ruby said looking around making sure that Leah and her parents were gone. Ruby sighed knowing she couldn't hide the Cullens forever. She sat down nest to Seth.

"I've imprint" Seth smiled big. "so that why you've been so happy all the sudden"

"Seth, I've imprinted on carlisle cullen" Seth tilted his head. "the vampire doctor?" ruby nodded. Seth could careless if he was a vampire, he just wanted his sister to be happy.

"as long as he treats you right, I'm happy for you sis" he said hugging her. "your not mad he's the vampire"

Seth pulled away. "just because the pack and our parents hate vampires doesn't mean we have too"

"your a good brother, you know that?" Seth nodded proudly not knowing their sister heard the hole conversion.

"I gotta get to the school, bye Seth" she said walking out the door with Dean.

After dropping off Dean at school ruby head over to the school to help Mr. Molina with the biology field trip.

Jasper and Alice decided to ride with ruby so they were a bit early and had to set around for the rest of the class and busses to get to the school so they could leave.

"give your permission slips to me or miss. Clearwater!" Mr. Molina shouted. As everyone handed in their papers ruby and Edward watched Mike Newton trying to ask Bella out. She immediately decided and looked over to where Edward and the rest of the family was.

"guys come on we gotta go" ruby said as the class loaded up on the bus.

"and here's a cup of compost tea" ruby said pointing to barel then handing the cup to Tyler. He smiled and started to snif it. "don't drink it you idiot! It's for the plants" ruby joked and took from him and passed it on the Eric.

"so what did your siblings say about the new dog?" Alice said coming up behind ruby. She was about to answer when she heard Edward snap.

"hay Edward calm down, it's okay" she said patting his shoulder and turned back to Alice and Jasper.

"any way, they like him but when they asked where he came from Dean said he came from mom's boyfriend" she said.

"well he's not totally wrong" Jasper said. "yeah but just because we're mates doesn't mean that he wants to be together, I want to be asked I guess" she said the three walked out of the greenhouse to get back on the bus.

"I mean I hope we become something more, it hurts to be away from your imprint ya know" Alice nodded knowing how everything works. She mentioned how she used to read a lot of carlisle's old books on the supernatural so she new how imprinting worked kinda.

"there's Bella and Edward" Alice said pulling Jasper towards the two.

"are you riding with us?" Alice asked. "no are bus is full" Edward said before Bella could say anything.

"someone needs to talk to him about his additude" ruby mumbled. Jasper smirked "you say your not in a relationship with carlisle but you have no problem being a mother towards us"
