~Bixby's POV~
"Wake up, piglet." Was that Liv? Oh come on. I heard a slide and hazily felt sunlight touching my eyelids. I slowly opened my eyes and saw the puffy clouds floating outside.
"You could've just said wake up, Bix. Piglet is by far the worst nickname you gave me."
"We're all awake, just waiting for the pig in the pen." Liv answered.
"Wow...the view is so...beautiful."
"I know right?? We'll be landing soon. I'm sure we'd get a better view from down there."
"Hey guys, should we sneak in and take some food?" Siri asked.
"Airplane food sucks." Zia said. "Let's just eat when we land."
"Ok, boss."
We heard an announcement. "Ladies and gentlemen, we have just been cleared to land at the Rafael Hernández International Airport. Please make sure one last time your seat belt is securely fastened..."
"Here we go. Go back to your seats, guys." Liv ordered.
The plane tilted slightly and we felt the pressure in our ears. The wheels touched the ground and the people cheered.
"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Rafael Hernández Airport, Puerto Rico. Local time is 9:45pm and the temperature is 21 degree Celsius..."
Liv stood up to take our things and distributed it to us. "Take your things. We'll go first."
"...I'd like to thank you for joining us on this trip and we are looking forward to seeing you on board again in the near future. Have a great day!"
We all ran quietly to the exit quietly and went out, following Liv til we got inside.
"Go to the comfort room. I'll take your cloaks off."
"Great. Being invisible is hard work." I ran behind them but Liv stopped me.
"This is the girls bathroom. Go there." She pointed to the gents.
"Will it work though even when you can't see me?"
"I've never tried but we'll see."
~Liv's POV~
We made sure that no one was there and went to individual stalls before I made them visible again. We cleaned ourselves and went out except Siri.
"Wow, I can see myself in the mirror again. By the way, I look c u t e."
"Hurry up, will yah?"
"Where's Bix?" Zia asked.
"I'm here! Alive and opaque."
I sighed. "Come on. This way."
"Oh...my...gosh. This is my first time in Brazil! This is so amazing."
"Siri, hate to break this to you but, we're in Puerto Rico." I answered.
"Wow..." Zia faced us. "Come on. Let's find a ride."
"We should probably get bikes too."
"Oh come on! Why can't we just take a bus?!" Siri asked.
"We will but after that, we'll go through some island then forest then-"
"Ok we get it. Come on. Let's get that taxi."
"Ok you mean steal it or-"
"We're not stealing anything, Bix. Shut up. They use dollars here so, we're good."
"We should go to the nearest hotel. It's almost dawn." Zia said while looking at the sky and the sun starting to set.
"Zia's right-"
"BUT before that, let's eat." Siri said while walking forward to the taxi.
"We'll eat at the hotel. How are you still fit? You literally eat all the time."
"Whatever, fat ass."
"Language." We ran to the taxi and I waved at the driver.
"Get in." The kids got in the back and I sat in front.
"Which hotel should we stay in?" I heard Zia whisper.
I looked at the driver. He looks like a big teddy bear. "Excuse me? Where's the best hotel to stay in here in Puerto Rico?"
He smiled. "Ahhh tourist! There's this great place here, Villa Montana Resort. It's best for tourists like you- wait...aren't you like 12 or something?"
"14, actually. We're going to the hotel where our...parents are. We just forgot the name BUT I'm pretty sure it's the Villa Montana, right guys?"
"Uhhh yeah!" Siri answered.
"Yes, absolutely right." Bix added.
His eyes narrowed while still looking at the road. "Ok...? You sure?"
"Yep!" Oh my gosh...
"We kinda...ran away from the resort. We wanted to explore so we went around." Zia said.
"Oh! That explains it. Well, it'll take some hours so, just be sure that you have cash, ok?"
"No problem!"
I saw Zia's brows pull together after she took out her phone from her pocket. She leaned in to me from behind and whispered. "We should get disposable phones. They could track us with this."
I nodded and answered back. "We'll buy some when we get to the resort."
"You check in. I don't wanna talk to the reception." Siri said.
"Same here." Bix added.
Zia faced them and said "We'll take care of it."
Gazing at the road ahead, I remembered the strange figure I saw on the way to the airport back at Illinois. Two women at their mid-20's following us. I saw them arguing before we got in the plane. Strange. What if they have something to do with the kids' moms' disappearance?
~Adrien's POV~
My head ached whilst sitting on my palms. I can't process the whole thing that's happening at the moment.
Kai noticed how bothered I was, frozen on their kitchen stool. "Let's get things straight. Your wife disappeared, the night after she wanted a divorce. Our kids disappeared too with Ren, Lynn and after that, my wife. The kids went to find Eva, our wives and Ren, captured by Lynn-"
"We don't know that."
"HOW ELSE WOULD YOU EXPLAIN IT?"
"Because why would Lynn do that?!"
"BECAUSE SHE'S IN LOVE WITH YOU!" I almost barfed by the idea he spitted to me.
"Nova said there must be more people working with her. The picture..."
"It was posted on the door. This was an inside job."
"It must be one of us...or someone who knows where our place is."
"Yeah but who?"
"I know it isn't you, I'm trusting on you, Adrien. This CAN'T be you."
"It was John..."
"Wait, John? Why?"
"Have you seen how he pushed that the culprit was me?! And other than us, the Oriel heads are the only ones who know where we stay at situations like this."
"Mentor Waze, Azrael, Raziel, and Zadkiel."
"Can't be them. They're angels."
"Which leaves us to John."
"Ok...what's our next move?"
"As Mentor Azrael said, to prove that someone's guilty. gather evidence so, we gather."
"I don't like where this is going but...I'm in."
