"d-did you" louis took a deep breath "did you kill an adam?" louis cringed

harry paled

"i'm sorry?" harry asked

"connor said you killed his boyfriend" louis said

"ex, and also stole him from me" connor corrected

harry looked at connor "you think i killed him?" he asked in disbelief

"it would make sense" connor shrugged

"how?" harry asked

"well for starters, he all of a sudden meets you and then a couple weeks later he ends up dead" connor said

"no, i would never hurt adam" harry said

"wait, so you did date adam?" louis asked, hurt, not because harry dated someone else, no he didn't care about that, hurt because harry lied to him when he asked him

"have you dated anyone before?" harry asked one night while they were cuddling

"no, just never really wanted to i guess" louis said "what about you?"

"no, i mean i've slept with some people but never a serious relationship" harry said easily

"oh" louis said

"does that bother you?" harry asked worried

louis looked up at harry from his chest and smiled "not at all" and kissed harry's nose

"he was my longest friend" harry said, sad, he still missed adam

"how come i never met you then?" connor asked

"maybe because i had just started robbing banks and shit when you guys started dating" harry said frustrated

"adam knew?" connor asked

"yea, he was my bestfriend! hell, he even helped us sometimes, so it would make sense that he didn't introduce us" harry told him

"he introduced zayn and i" connor said

"well then i don't know why!" harry yelled

"harry, did you kill him?" louis asked

"angel" harry started

"oh my god! you lied to me!" louis yelled

"hey haz?" louis asked while looking at harrys guns

"yes angel?" harry said from the kitchen

"have you killed anyone?" louis asked

within seconds harry emerged from the kitchen "no, no never"

"would you ever kill anyone?" louis asked

"only if it's necessary" harry said hugging him

"no i didn't" harry said completely taken back

"then explain!" louis yelled

"i didn't kill adam, he was my bestfriend, longer than liam, we were friends before we were even born. we grew up together because our mums were friends, he was the first person besides liam that i came out to, he came out to me the same day. when we were older we started to drift, i got new friends like zayn and he started dating people, we never really had time for eachother. we always talked and tried to hang out, we still knew everything about eachother. one day he showed up here crying and he had a bruise on his face, i asked him what happened and he said his boyfriend had been hitting him and when james left to go drink and probably fuck someone else he came here. i cleaned him up, let him stay on my couch and i would hang out with him at his work just in case james came looking." harry said
