wooyoung smiled as he watched the first tiktok on his fyp. it was a video of a guy giving his partner the silent treament. he thought about it for a minute before jumping out of bed and into yunho and sans room where the pair were playing a game on their ps5. "hyung, check this out!" he shouted as he barged into the room, scaring the shit out of the two boys.
he played the video for them and they smirked, knowing what the younger was thinking.

"she will probably hate us though.." san mumbled before smiling. "shes too nice, she could never hate us." the trio then went to mingis room, the rapper agreeing to the idea, before finding yeosang sat on the couch, watching haikyuu! .

"hyungie~" mingi started, jumping onto the couch next to the visual. "can you help us? we want to prank lina but everyone needs to be in on it else it wont work."

the boys spent almost half an hour trying to convince the other 99 liner to join their prank before deciding to drag him to the older pair to see if they would be in on it and convince yeosang, too.

"you know how sensitive she is, woo. she will probably think we hate her," hongjoong informed, sighing as he spun in his wheely chair. "and please be quiet! lina is sleeping, for goodness sake!"

"joongs right, guys," seonghwa agreed. "i dont know if we should do it. shes always been so nice to us and shes so considerate.. i feel bad even just thinking about ignoring my baby!"

wooyoung hummed, deep in thought, before his face lit up; "if you guys agree, i will do all of the above: keep the dorm immaculately clean, give everyone the space they need for the next two weeks, stop screaming for absolutely no reason, never blast music later than 10pm, and i will never ever ever prank anyone ever again.. until next week." the three tentative members gave eachother knowing looks before sighing and agreeing.

aislinn rubbed her eyes as she shuffled out of her bedroom, a teddy in one hand and her fluffy blanket in the other. "yuyu.." she tiredly mumbled as she made her way over to the older who was sat on the couch with mingi. she sat next to yunho, leaning her head on his shoulder, and cuddled into his side.
"im hungry.." the girl whispered, tugging on the tallers shirt. she repeated the action two or three times before pouting and getting off the couch. she wandered around the dorm before going to the matz room, knocking on the door and walking in. hongjoong sat at his desk, working on his laptop, and seonghwa lay on his bed scrolling through his phone. aislinn ambled toward seonghwa with tired and teary eyes, laying beside him. she wrapped her arms around his waist and pushed her face into his back, almost sobbing. "h-hwa.." seonghwas heart shattered. he hated this. he never should have agreed to wooyoungs little prank. "im hungry, hwa.."

"go away," he mumbled, moving the girls arms from his waist and putting his airpods in.
"b-but.." she sat up and took hold of her teddy, hugging it close as she cried into it. "mkay.." she whispered after a few minutes. "j-joong-ah.." aislinn got up and stumbled to the leaders desk. the blue-haired male shot her a glare and aislinn immediately left the room, heading to the kitchen.

the young girl pursed her lips as she scanned the consumables in the fridge before pulling out an egg sandwich, jumping up onto the marble counter and eating it as she stared at the floor.

"we're home and we got takeaway!" aislinn heard wooyoung shout after the front door opened to reveal the previously missing 99 liners. in a matter of seconds, the five 99 liners were gathered around the four brown bags, wooyoung taking out the food whilst mingi called for the oldest two who walked out of their room with smiles. the girl sighed and pouted. what have i done? she thought as she heard the door open again.

"hey, hyungs! wheres noona?" aislinn ran to the maknae, wrapping herself around him as she sobbed into his puffy jacket. jongho patted her head and sent questioning looks to the others. "lina noona? whats wrong?"

with a trembling hand, aislinn pointed vaguely to the boys before finally leaving her finger pointing in seonghwas direction. the oldest of the group looked down in shame as the rest of the boys glared at wooyoung, jonghos gaze following theirs.

"oh, come on! you guys were all in on this!" "what do you mean, hyung?" jongho asked, almost angrily, as he picked up aislinn and sat on the couch, spooning her.
"it was a prank. something i saw on tiktok. i thought it would be funny! i didnt mean for it to upset her.." jongho, disappointed, just sighed and picked the girl up again, carrying her to his room. the other members sat in silence, heads lowered in shame. "you guys should be ashamed of yourselves," the youngest commented before closing the door to his bedroom.

"linlin noona?" "hmm?" "hi!" aislinn chuckled slightly, "hi, bubs.."
"oh my gosh, stop being sad!" jongho shouted playfully as he tackled the girl onto the bed making the older laugh. "theres that beautiful smile."
"im sorry." "for what? you havent done anything wrong." jongho pulled the girl into his side, kissing the top of her head.

"did you know what they were planning?" she asked the boy who shook his head
"ive been at my vocal classes all morning."

"choi eunbyeol noona, you are literally the cutest bean ive ever seen," jongho cooed. aislinn was sat on the floor, watching videos of herself after changing into a frog onesie. "noona, i will be back in a second, okay?" aislinn hummed, having not really heard what the younger said. jongho left the room and walked out to the lounge, "what a horrible prank, hyung."
"i-is she alright?" seonghwa asked as he stood infront of jongho, trying to get a glimpse of the girl in his bedroom. the boys followed jongho to his room, smiling when they saw aislinn giggling at the phone.

yunho lunged at her, holding her tightly, as if she would leave if he let go, whilst apologies spilled from their mouths. "sorry for pranking you, bubba," wooyoung apologized, pecking her temple after yunho let go of her, thanks to san who wanted the girl. aislinn pouted, hiding her face in the olders chest, san patting her head and rubbing her back to comfort her.
seonghwa and hongjoong both left the room, returning afterwards with a plate of her favorite spicy chicken and a can of pepsi. they set the food on the bedside table before sitting on the floor, admiring the girl as she ate.

"Wait, wheres my food?" Jongho asked, crossing his arms playfully. aislinn stared at him with wide eyes, puffed out cheeks and a pout, feeling guilty for eating the chicken. Jongho then chuckles. "i was
joking, ive already eaten. keep eating, bubs."

the next day, the boys, except jongho, got the silent treatment they deserved. aislinn felt bad, but they had to know she could ignore them if she needed to.
