Something in my stomach turned as I watched the two little blondies play. Lilly was laughing as Niall tickled her. A smile spread on my face as Lilly began to run around, Niall right behind her.

"I got you!" Niall yelled picking her up and blowing on her small stomach.

She continued to laugh as he tickled her more.

"I'm a mountain lion and you be the deer okay?" Lilly said walking away from Niall.

He sat up, resting himself on his elbows. He nodded before she ran over to him, only ending up jumping on top of him. She pinned his arms down before he began to laugh.

"Why are you laughing?! You're about to be eaten!" she yelled confused.

He stopped laughing and picked her up off of him and started to tickle her again.

"I didn't know mountain lions were ticklish?" he asked continuing to making her laugh.

Lilly jumped off his lap and ran over to me, looking at me with plead in her eyes.

"What?" I asked smiling as I placed her on my lap.

"I want to go to the fair," she said smiling.

I looked over at Niall who was fixing himself up.

"I don't see why not," he said standing up and taking Lilly in his arms.

Once we arrived at the fair, Lilly ran over to a stand with cotton candy and popcorn hanged around. Niall and I followed her, our hands entwined.

"Can I get cotton candy? Please!" she begged.

I took some money out and handed it to the man inside the booth. He held out a small bag of pink fluff. Lilly quickly took it and began to shove pieces on her tongue, letting them melt.

After a few hours of going on rides, playing games, and eating sweets; we sat down on a bench and ate the rest of the popcorn we still had. Lilly was jittery, her legs swinging back and forth as she shoved more popcorn into her small mouth.

"Oh my gosh!" Lilly yelled her jaw open.

I quickly turned my head in the direction she was looking, only to see a game booth.

"I want that bunny!" she yelled looking back at me.

"Lilly you know I'm not good at those games."

Her focus left me and turned to Niall.

"Please!" she begged.

He laughed as he said,"Sure thing kid."

I watched as they both walked over to the booth. Niall holding her small hand. Once they had paid, Niall bent down to her level. He helped her, showing her how to throw the ball. She giggled as he tickled her once before letting her throw. Lilly screamed as she looked back up at Niall, joy in her eyes. She was slowly handed a big, fluffy stuffed bunny. Holding it in a tight hug as they walked back over. Niall sat next to me again, resting his arm around my shoulders. He watched as the little girl across from us snuggled with her newly won toy. Niall leaned to me, placing his lips by my ear.

"You know the man at the booth told me something,"'he said smiling.

"What?"

He smiled wider whispering,"He said we were good parents."

"What? Lilly's not our daughter."

"I know," he said leaning away and resting himself on the back of the bench.

"What did you say?"

He looked at me with joy in his eyes and a smile spread on his face.

"I said I know we will be one day."
