When Mihael thinks he has been seen by one of the people who are now in the basement, he jumps back behind the closet and picks Nate up from the floor. Nate starts to moan in surprise that he is picked up just like that, but Mihael quickly puts a finger to his lips: "Ssst..please be quiet..or else they will hear us" he whispers and he puts a hand on his small mouth. And he makes himself as small as possible. Nate gives him a questioning look and pulls at his blond hair.

Mihael feels his blood boiling and he grinds his teeth. "Don't!..stop that Nate!". But Nate starts pulling harder. "STOP NATE!!!" he hisses. But Nate doesn't stop pulling his hair. "Jackie..where did you put the cupcakes again?..you know?....the one I tasted for the first time last week".(For the people wondering who Jackie and Jane are... .I actually came up with Jackie and Jane because I liked that a lot..Jackie is Ryuzaki's sister and she is 7 years older than L and Jane is Watari's wife I also came up with and Jackie is actually kinda based on me ^^) "Well all Ryuzaki...still don't you know?". "I've told you that 1000 times...behind the chocolate donuts!". Mihael looks up. Chocolate donuts?. And he feels all the water running in his mouth. He licks his lips. Chocolate!!! Then the one standing in the dark walks closer and closer. Mihael swallows a big lump in his throat and recoils with Nate down and holds his breath. He hears his heart beating fast in his throat. Holding Nate tight, he wonders if Nate isn't tense too and also hopes they won't be found by the one who's now in the basement. Mihael looks over his shoulder again at the one who is now standing in the dark. Mihael can only see his shadow. Nothing else. He narrows his eyes and sees that the person has messy hair. He is quite tall and has both hands in his trouser pockets. He is wearing a large shirt with long sleeves and Mihael sees that he is not wearing shoes or socks. He swallows a big chunk in his throat.

The light turns on. And he hears the footsteps approaching. Then Mihael sees the boy better. He is 14 years old. He has black messy hair. A long-sleeved white wrinkled T-shirt and dark blue jeans and he is walking barefoot. He sees that the boy pushes a box aside so that he sees the two boys intently. Mihael is startled and recoils and falls to the ground. The 14-year-old is not shocked but rather surprised to find a four-year-old boy and a Two year old baby in the basement. Then they hear footsteps again. "Have you managed  yet Ryuzaki?". Jackie and Watari walk down the stairs to the basement.

Jackie walks over to Ryuzaki and looks at him quizzically. "Have you found it yet?". But then she stops talking when she sees Mihael and Nate. She looks at them questioningly like her brother. Then she looks at Ryuzaki: "Do you know them?". Ryuzaki looks at her and shakes his head. Jackie looks at the two boys in surprise. "Who are you guys?" Watari's voice sounds and he walks over to Jackie and Ryuzaki and stands between them and looks suprised when he sees Nate and Mihael. "Who are you then?". Mihael swallows a big lump in his throat and looks at Watari Jackie and Ryuzaki. "Where do you come from?". Jackie looks at the two boys questioningly. And then opens her mouth in shock: "Oh dear, you are completely soaked". Mihael looks at his clothes and sees that he and Nate are soaking wet. Ryuzaki and Jackie look at each other for a moment.
Then Ryuzaki looks at the two boys. And puts a hand on Mihael's shoulder. Mihael looks at his hand and then looks at him questioningly again. "Come on...then you can eat and drink something and catch your breath." And Mihael sees Ryuzaki looking at the baby he is holding and holding his arms wide open. "Give him to me...what's his name?". "Um...Nate...Nate River". And he gently hands the baby to Ryuzaki. Ryuzaki lifts the baby and presses him tightly to his chest and wraps his arms around him, protected and loving. The baby is fine and starts sucking his thumb again. Ryuzaki looks at Mihael again: "Come .... come after me ... then we go upstairs ... there we have good food and drinks and you can rest for a while". "And you're going to take a bath" they hear Jackie say who walks behind Mihael. "Because you are through and soaked...it just rained quite a bit". Mihael looks at her and nods. Then they all walk up the stairs and Watari opens the cellar door and they walk into the warm living room. Mihael is in surprise when he sees that the living room is very big. Ryuzaki chuckles when he sees Mihael looking across the room with his mouth wide open. "Wow....it's so big!!". Jackie who is standing next to him rubs her hand over his shoulder for a moment and looks at him sweetly: "That's definitely Mihael".
