Today is monday. Today I am going to meet all the teachers and students at the Whammys. Jeez...I'm really looking forward to it but not really.

Just as he enters the room where he needs to be, someone taps on his shoulder. Mello looks over his shoulder and sees a tall old man. He is almost bald and has small glasses on his nose. He bends over Mello. "So...you're Mello?"."I'm Roger....your teacher". "Uh...yes...I'm Mello indeed".

Roger nods and adjusts his glasses on his nose for a moment:"Good to meet you Mello .... just sit on the place where your name is written".
Mello looks over his shoulder at the classroom and turns and walks to the table with a card with his name on it.

When he sits down, the bell rings.
He sees Roger walking to his desk.
And then he hears the laughter of boys and girls.
The children of his class enter.
Mello frowns.
It's a big group.
He rests the palms of his hands under his chin and waits patiently for the last student to walk into the classroom and take her seat.
As soon as the last student is seated, Roger walks over to the door and closes the door.
Then he walks back to the blackboard with dignified steps and one arm behind his back.
He looks into the classroom and clears his throat:"Boys and girls...we have a new student in our class....Mello".
"Mello say hello".
Mello raises his hand and looks uncomfortably around the classroom: "Eh...yes...hai".
"Hai Mello!" a few students shout in unison.
And then he hears some more girls giggling.
"Mello....maybe you can tell us a little about yourself".
Mello looks questioningly at his classmates and then clears his throat: "Okay then....I'm Mello and I'm 4" .
Roger nods and smiles:"That's a good start Mello...maybe you could also tell us what you like and what things you enjoy doing".
"Um...I really like chocolate and gaming."
Roger smiles again and Mello sees that he has pressed his old back against the blackboard:"Well...you would definitely make a lot of friends here Mello....because there is a lot of boys and girls here in this class who also like gaming"and he laughs .
Mello does not react further and taps his fingers impatiently on his table.
Then Roger clears his throat and fiddles with his neat jacket: "Okay...we're going to start with the lesson".

it's break. Mello is looking for a suitable spot in the large canteen to sit and eat in rest.
He sees that almost all tables and chairs are occupied when he hears someone calling him.
He looks over his shoulder and then sees a boy waving at him.
The boy smiles kindly at him.
He has brown hair. Brown eyes. And he wears a red black striped T-shirt and dark blue pants with brown shoes.
"Hi!!! you can sit here!!!....if you want at least".
Mello turns around and walks with his tray to the table where the boy who just waved friendly at him sits and puts his tray on the table.
The boy looks at him cheerfully.And extends his hand: "You're new here aren't you?...hi...I'm Matt and you are?". Mello shakes his hand: "My name is actually Mihael...but L gave me the name Mello". "Yeah...hahahaha my real name is also different". Mello sits down next to him:"Oh...what's your real name then?".

"Mail...Mail Jeesav". "And what's your last name?" "Keehl". Matt nods and smiles. "Would you like to play with me after school?...I have all kinds of fun games that we can play". Mello smiles: "Yeah nice". "Okay" and Matt gives Mello a high five. After school, Mihael follows Matt to his room where he has a playstation. But then they hear someone yell loudly. Mihael and Matt both look questioningly over their shoulders and see Near. He has on his white pajama top with white buttons and white pajama bottoms and he is walking barefoot. And his cute white hair is messed up because he just woke up from an afternoon nap. He smiles from ear to ear when he sees Mihael and he runs towards him. "Mello!!!!". Mello heaves a deep sigh and looks at Matt. Matt also looks at Near and frowns, "Is that your little brother?". Near runs to Mihael and wraps his little arms firmly around Mihael's long legs. Mihael heaves a deep sigh and closes his eyes. Near has a gray robot in his little hands and pushes it in his face. "Look Mello...I got this from L". Mihael lets out another deep sigh in irritation. Then he looks at Matt: "No he is not related to me". Matt looks at Near again and kneels in front of the the baby. Matt smiles and looks at Mihael again: "He is very cute Mihael". Mihael takes another deep breath and tries to push Near off. "GO OFF ME NEAR!!". Near clings to his right leg. "NO". Mihael grumbles again and sighs deeply and shakes his leg, trying to get Near off his leg. But Near clings to him like a little monkey. "LET ME GO!". "NO" Near yells back. Matt chuckles secretly. "Come on please". Near shakes his head vigorously: "No". Mihael sighs again and nearly grits his teeth. Then he looks to his right and sees a puzzle on the floor in the middle of the long corridor. He looks at Near and lifts him up. Near looks at him questioningly. Mihael walks with him to the puzzle and puts him on the floor next to the puzzle. Near first looks at him questioningly but when he sees the puzzle he starts the puzzles and does not notice that Mihael is standing next to him at all. Mihael stands up again and grins at the puzzling Near. He then looks at Matt and then walks away from Near. And he walks away with his new good friend Matt on the way to his room.
In the early evening, Mihael says goodbye to Matt. He walks to his own bedroom on the way because he has become quite tired from the day down the hall and he runs into the playing Near. He frowns when he sees L looking at him. HE IS PLAYING CHESS WITH L?. He walks towards L and Near and bends over the white black chessboard. L looks at him and smiles: "Hello Mello...how was your first day at school?" Mello looks at him: "It was okay." And then he points to Near and Ryuzaki's chess game. ''Who's winning?...you L?''. Ryuzaki shakes his head to Mello's surprise: "No...Near is winning over me...can you believe it?" Then Mello hears applause and laughter behind his back. Ryuzaki and Mello see Jackie standing behind Mello, clapping and cheering. "It's really that good!...he's so smart!...Near is just a child prodigy." Mello looks at Jackie and then looks irritated again at Near who just manages to beat all of Ryuzaki's chess. Moments later, Near managed to get all of Ryuzaki's chess off the chessboard. Jackie laughs. Walks over to him and picks up the baby. "You are a miracle Near...a miracle" and she gives him a thousand little kisses on his cheeks and forehead. Mello standing next to her rolls his eyes. Wouldn't it be that great?...I'm much older than Near...I can beat him up...and tomorrow I'll prove it to him...before school. He grins and crosses his arms. Just wait and see Near.
