Follow-up interlude to my Episode 17 prediction chapter.

"I'll see you in the morning," Spencer whispered against Olivia's forehead as she cuddled deeper into his side. "I better get out of here before Simone and Jordan get back."

Olivia mumbled something under her breath and tightened her grip around Spencer's waist.

"I'm sure your brother doesn't want to see us like this. He's already shaken up about seeing you in lingerie. Let's spare him the stress," Spencer chuckled.

"Okay," Olivia groaned, rolling over to let Spencer retrieve his clothes from the floor. Now that Olivia was fully awake, awkwardness set in when she realized what had happened. Spencer was amazing and so gentle with her. It has been a while since she had been intimate with anyone and sharing that moment with Spencer was special, yet she was still having doubts. What if it was just their hormones and them acting in the heat of the moment? They still hadn't had a conversation about their relationship and moved right to the physical part.

When Spencer was fully dressed, he sat on the edge of the bed, caressing Olivia's bare hip. "What's on your mind," he questioned.

"A lot," Olivia replied. "We can talk later. You should probably get back to your room before those two get back. We'll never hear the end of it."

"You sure? I can stay, you seem bothered," Spencer pressed.

"No, I'm fine. Really," Olivia lied, sitting up to give Spencer a scorching kiss. Her tongue slid past his deepening the kiss and sending vibrations below her waist. She pulled away before they got too deep and busted by her roommate.

"Alright, I'll see you in a few then," Spencer smiled, pecking her lips one more time before standing to his feet.

When he closed the door behind him, Olivia sank further under the covers. That line had been crossed and now they had no choice but to discuss their relationship after tonight. She just wondered who would be the one to make the first move.

That Sunday morning, the LA crew packed their bags and prepared to go home. Keisha came by their rooms to say her goodbyes and thank them for visiting Bringston.

"I hope I showed you all a good time," she smiled, hugging Olivia and Simone. "Thanks again for helping me out last night. My friend said the program's Dean was impressed with my work. She wouldn't have seen it if it wasn't for  you two killing it on stage."

"You're welcome, Keisha. Thanks for trusting us to sell your product," Simone answered with a wink. "I enjoyed myself and think Bringston has moved up on my list. Thanks for a good time."

"Thanks Keisha. Your designs are amazing and I hope you get into that program next year," Olivia added.

"Why do I feel like I'm going to cry? Im going to miss you two and we just met. Bring it in," Keisha's eyes watered. She was known as a socialite on campus but she was also the loneliest. Olivia and Simone seemed like true, gentle souls and she was missing that on campus.

"We'll miss you too! You have our numbers so don't be afraid to call us," Olivia stuck out her bottom lip and rubbed Keisha's back.

"Are you two ready to go," Amara asked, pulling Simone into a side hug. "So glad you decided to come."

"We're all packed up. Thanks for the invite, Auntie. We had a great time."

"Good! Let me know if you need anything else while deciding on colleges. If you need any more information on Bringston, I have a lot to share," the professor offered.

They said their final goodbyes and headed down to the second floor to meet Spencer and Jordan.

"Where did you and Jordan end up going last night," Olivia asked. Simone appeared to be in a better mood.

"Impromptu late date night. We literally went to Waffle House," Simone laughed. "Just thought it would be smart to get away from all this. He was really upset about that Damon guy. What did you end up doing?"

"Sleeping. That party wore me out," Olivia lied, rubbing her hand down her neck. Memories of her night with Spencer flooded her brain.

"Uh uh, what's that smirk for, Liv," Simone asked as they walked the long hall to Spencer and Jordan's room. "Olivia Baker, did you and Spencer do the horizontal tango? Y'all knock some boots? Was there heat in between the sheets? Oh my God, y'all did it!"

"I didn't say all that. What are you talking about?"

"You don't have to say a thing. Your face and body language tell it all. Finally," Simone fake cheered, waving her arms in the air. "I knew getting you two out of town would make you budge."

Olivia blushed and knocked on the door. "Hey ladies, you ready? We better get that Uber called so we can get to the airport on time," Jordan grabbed his suitcase and carry-on bag.

Spencer and Olivia made eye contact, their heated exchange from the night before fresh on their minds...and bodies. After sleeping on it, they were back to square one when it came to uncertainty. Spencer wasn't sure if Olivia regretted what had happened and Olivia was back to worrying. When would they be freed from this rollercoaster once and for all?

"Hey," Simone snapped in front of their faces. "Did you hear me?"

"Sorry Mone, what did you say," Spencer questioned, shaking the taste of Olivia's lips out of his head.

"We should grab a bite to eat from the cafe before we leave. Who knows when we will get more chocolatety goodness again," she repeated.

"Yeah, that sounds good. Let's go," Olivia declared, dragging her suitcase down the hall. When would she get another taste of Spencer's chocolatety goodness was the real question.
