Superheroes AU - Notes in the Dispose - Part 0.5

A figure was shifting around in the dark corners of the bright futuristic city. They were carrying a notebook, and the figure themselves were wearing a black hood, which concealed everything from their feet to neck, and they also wore a mask that concealed their entire face.

Although it was impossible to see, they had a smirk on their face as they entered the alleyway. They looked around, ensuring that no one was watching, before walking further in. They then looked at the trash can in the corner. They walked up to it before gently placing the notebook on top of it, visible, but not obvious.

They smiled once again, before suddenly just disappearing into thin air, leaving the alleyways.

The notebook was clearly something valuable.

Holding it, it seemed to be made out of thick leather. The cover seemed natural. Nothing about it seemed odd at first glance. However, once you open it on the last few pages, you'll begin to see some writing. Looking at the last page, you'll find a page that is written in ink that has yet to dry, meaning that the latest entry was the newest.

Remember the last thing I told you about getting the lists of the three RCC heroes powers? Well, I have it now, so read carefully.

"The Specter" - Other Worldly

Starting with the easily most popular one, The Specter.

Rumor has it that she's actually an assassin working under the government and is behind a lot of the missing heroes and sudden disappearance of villains. Of course, the government immediately disconfirmed them at sight, though.

Her power is "Other Worldly". While it hasn't been 100% confirmed how it works, it is said that she could travel between 2 dimensions, and can drag other things to said dimension and never bring them back. It is also said that she could float and has the ability to go through walls, kind of like a ghost.

"Glider Gun" - Body Utilizing

A less popular, but still known hero, Glider Gun.

She's not a popular favorite, but known to be a reliable one nonetheless. She utilizes a gun instead of using her power for combat, usually believed to just because her power isn't a fighting one. There are also rumors that she's just afraid of using her power for offense purposes, but it is not known if it's true or not.

Her power is "Body Utilizing", and is almost exactly as it sounds. She can manipulate her body in almost every way, from creating new body parts, to removing body parts, decreasing height and weight, to even bending and extending in ways a normal human body shouldn't be able to.

"Bubblegum" - Angel's Guidance.

Another fairly popular and favorite hero, Bubblegum.

She is mostly known for her unique bubblegum colored hair and also her natural grown wings. Although a very liked one, there are rumors that she's being hunted down by the government for something, but these rumors have never been confirmed nor denied.

Her power is "Angel's Guidance". Of course, she's not actually guided by an angel, but it mostly comes from her angel-like powers. With her wings, she can fly, and she is also known to be able to teleport to certain locations, although the requirements are unknown. She also has the power to gather light at the palm of her hands and shoot them as either round bullets or beams.

And there's also a fourth member of RCC, also many do not know of her presence.

Her name is unknown, and she also is not a hero. She is sometimes spotted looking outside the mansion windows (by some stalkers, no less) and even in the yards. Although not a hero, she is probably a friend and ally to the RCC, and perhaps if we're able to get our hands on her, we might gain an advantage.

She has no known powers, and it might either be because she has none or she simply has never shown them in public.

I have plans on what our next moves should be, but I'm running out of time to write this, so it shall be for next time.

The Provider

I slipped my signature card inside of the book to tell 'Vidor' that I've read the newest entry. I closed the book and set it back onto the bin, cleaning the book off it's dust to further signal that it's been read.

"I couldn't have done all of this without you... 'Vivi'." I hummed to myself, taking my hand off the book, smiling. "Whatever your plans are, if they're good, I think we'll give them a try."

Satisfied, I turned around and exited the alleyway, skipping.
