twelve; part two

Louis' POV

Today was my date with Eleanor. It's been a while since I spent time with her. I've been hanging out with Harry a lot so I was always busy when Eleanor wanted to go out. But, since Harry and I spent a lot of time together this weekend, I made plans to go out with Eleanor today.

The weird thing was that I wasn't really excited to go see her like before. I think it's just the effect I have on her since I didn't spend a lot of time with her for a while. After today I will get my excitement back and everything will go back to the way it was.

My step-dad Chris allowed me to use his car for my date today which I'm beyond grateful. It gives me the chance to pick Eleanor up for a date since she's usually the one who picks me up and drop me off. When I called her saying I was in front of her home, she came running out of her house and sat down beside me in the car. She leaned in for a kiss on the lips which I gladly received.

"I missed you baby," she said as she leans back and puts her seat belt on.

"Me too babe," I said. "We are going to make up for all the time we lost. I planned the entire day with you."

She leans in to give me a kiss on the cheek. "I love you."

"I love you too," I said. I turned on the car and started to drive to our first destination.

Eleanor and I went to the movies first. We ended up watching 50 shades of Grey . It was in odd watching the naughty scenes but I pulled through. I actually laughed at the scenes because yesterday I was just reading a dirty scene from the book with Harry. I think I was laughing a little too loud because girls in front of Eleanor and I gave me dirty looks. Eleanor gave me a dirty look as well. I sighed and just relaxed on my chair because I don't think this movie was going to be any more entertaining.

After the movie, I took Eleanor to an Italian restaurant that was just 10 minutes from the movie theatre. Eleanor and I didn't talk at all. She was on her phone while I was driving and singing loudly to songs that were on the radio.

When I parked the car, Eleanor and I got out of the car and walked to the entrance of the restaurant. The restaurant wasn't busy so we were able to get a table right away. We both received menus and a glass of cold water.

"What are you going to eat love?" I asked Eleanor who was looking through the menu.

"I might just have low-calorie spaghetti and meatballs, how about you Louis?"

"I'm going to get fettuccine Alfredo," I said while closing the menu.

"You know that's high in calories," Eleanor comments.

"Yeah I guess, but I don't eat it everyday," I respond.

"Suit yourself. You're playing football almost everyday, you should be eating healthier." Eleanor takes a sip of water before she goes on her phone once again.

Her comment shouldn't bother me but it did. I start looking through the menu again but the waiter came by and took our orders. Maybe I should go for a jog after I drop off Eleanor. I hope that will lose some of the calories I will gain.

Eleanor wasn't talking to me. All she did was laugh at something that appeared on her phone.

"What's so funny?" I asked.

Eleanor giggled again before she answered. "It's nothing," she said exactly.

I gave up with trying to talk to her so I went on my phone as well. I was about to message Harry but then realized that he was out with Tyler today and he's probably still with him. I shouldn't bother him. I chose to text message Zayn since he's already home from Manchester.
