Prompt: Narrator finding out that his girlfriend is cheating on him, so Eddie takes Narrator out for Valentine's Day to cheer them up.

Narrator waded in the corner of his couch wrapped tightly in a blanket as he declared one fact about life: Valentine's Day sucks. He stared at the suit and flowers on the table. He planned out everything; hell, he might've proposed! Thank god the rings were so pricey.

He sighed, falling further into the old couch. He called Eddie a while ago, and knew he was probably breaking 15 laws to get to his house. Eddie was a good friend; he could count on him. Next thing he knew, Eddie was at the door- dressed to the nines with chocolate in hand.

Narrator raised an eyebrow, "What's... all this?"

"It's Valentine's Day, duh!" Eddie rolled his eyes, "Come on, bro, you deserve a good V-day. You still have that reservation, right?"

"Well, yeah..."

"Great!" Eddie grinned, "Get changed, pendejo, and I'll meet you in the car!"

Narrator sighed as Eddie shoved the chocolate into his hands and rushed into the car. The amatuer voice-actor closed the door with a defeated shrug before grabbing his suit to change.

As they drove to the restaurant, Narrator looked at the man driving, "Eddie, you don't have to do this."

"I said what I said! You deserve everything, and if that bitch can't see that, then I gotta do something about it."

Narrator's mouth formed an "o"shape, "You mean that?"

"Absolutely, bros before those fucking hoes!"

"Thanks, Eddie, you don't know how much that means."

"Yeah, well, you can thank me when I pay."

"No, I'm paying."

"Nope, your only job is to enjoy today."
