I walk out of the store with a smile on my face. I can definitely say that was interesting turn of events.

After calling parth my brother he told me to get outside and wait for the car to come I'm not sure what happened tonight but I was doing business when it turned ugly and I ended up killing the boss shyam but he had it coming.

Shyam was a small time gang leader and he owned a club in the area, in my territory so he'd having to pay up to stay but tonight not only he disrespected me he didn't have my money.

So I had to shot him.

Long story short, I had to get the Fuck out of there but somehow my man and I ended up getting split up.

I rolled my eyes as two familiar suvs parked by the curb and some of my man go out for security parth as well.

"You good?" He asked looking at the small bandage on my forehead. "Yeah I'm fine" I sigh and he nods.

I climbed into the car followed by parth and advik one of my man smirked at me.

'You're always getting yourself into trouble boss" he says and I roll my eyes.  "I wouldn't have been in the situation if my men followed me" I snarl not in the mood for games.

"Don't look at me vivek went with you" advik says with his hands up in defeat, I clench my jaw "is he at warehouse?" I ask him and advik nods. "Good" I respond rubbing my head where it hurts.

"So who patched up your head bro?" Parth asked and my whole mood changed thinking about her. "When I was running I opened a door it led into this women's office she cleaned up the wound" I reply with a small smirk as the events of tonight played out in my head.

"If I had known any better boss I would have say you have a crush" advik smirks and I glare at him.

"Just because you are my friend doesn't mean you can disrespect me I'm still your boss"  I growl and he backs down.

"Just saying" he mumbles, I wanted to say something to him but my headache didn't allow me too.

"Parth call the doctor I need to see if I need stitches and tell him to bring medication this headache is hell" I told my brother and he pulled out his phone.

"So, how are you and harsh?" I ask advik, genuinely interested and it will distract me. Advik is openly gay and people just assume he's weak and make fun of him for it but he can be ruthless that's why he's one of my four guys.

"Still pissed off, he apologised thousand times but that idiot doesn't understand that it was huge part of our wedding planning, you know getting the wedding planner sometimes I think I'm engaged to wrong guy" he huffs and I laugh. "You Always keep me entertained advik" he rolls his eye

I see the driver pull up to the manor, as we all step out of the car parth looks at me with an apologetic smile and I raise my brow.

"I may or may not have forgot to mention that mahi is here too" he says and I curse him out just as sanket opens the main door.

"Boss good to see yo——-

"Sidharth? How can you be so careless" mahi's voice was heard from behind.

This women gives my man and I nightmares, she definitely takes after our mother in that sense.

"Better get this over with" I sigh walking into the place and sanket gives me an amused look.

"You do realise you could have died making such stupid mistake?" She scolded me, jay comes up next to her and whispers something into her ear which seems to calm her down.

Jay and her have been dating for a while now, jay is also a good friend and part of the gang.

"I'm sorry mahi I will be more careful, now I want everyone in my office" I say and everyone nods we all head to my office where we usually have meetings.

Parth who's my brother, sanket my consultant, Advik, vivek, jay and yash are the four guys who I trust the most they are part of the group.

"What the hell happened out there!" I ask angered.

"As soon as heard the first shot we drew our guns but then you were nowhere to be seen. I got told you went out the front I tried calling you as we got the car but I got no answer that's when I called sanket" he says honestly, who told him I went out the front?

"I want to know who the fuck told you I went on front" I said curious and angered on how things turned out

"I'm not quite sure, harsh just said that someone saw you go out front so I have no clue" vivek said and I sigh

"Whatever it's done now, don't let it happen again" I state and everyone nods suddenly the door opens and my sister appears.

"The doc is here" she says as doctors come with her

"You seem to get yourself in these situations a lot sidharth" he sighs walking over to me, "not intentionally" I said to him as he reached me.

"You'll need some stitches. I brought you some pain medication so you can take some now for the headache" he said passing me water and some tablets. I quickly ate them as he wipes my cut

"So who patched you up?" He asked and everyone else looks intrigued as advik smirks

"The women who's office I practically broked into, I'll have to thank her personally" I reply making a mental note for later.

"Women?" Mahi asks with a smile and I roll my eyes "yes but don't get any wrong ideas I probably may never see her again" I say sternly

"Well if she has already patched you up then she is practically family" she says and everybody in the room laughs.

"Your head is filled with fairytales mahi but you know they are not true we are mafia" I reply she scoffs and looks at jay.

"Oh yeah cause you can't fall in love and be happy in our line of work" she rolls her eyes and slightly offended. I took a deep breath.

"You're not the boss mahi" I raise my voice as the doctor finishes with stitches. She shrugs and walks out the room with jay following her behind

I was 19 when I took over, she was only 15 so me and my brother had to raise her it was not easy because she was rebellious

"Thankyou doctor, yash can you give him his money?"

"Sure" he replies getting up and following the doctor, "you need rest" sanket says as I get up dusting off my white shirt.

"Okay" I growl I had business but I was honestly really tired.

After saying good bye to all of them I went up to my room, I sigh and finally get under the covers with one thing in my mind her.

That girl, who I can ruin I sometimes hope that I follow my heart and not brain with that I fall into deep sleep with questions running through my mind

And all of them came back to her
