Chapter 34

Once everyone left it was just me and killua in the living room with Izumi, I caressed izumi's cheek and placed him down on the carpet to play with his toys...I turned to look at Killua and gave him a small smile, before walking over and sitting right next to him....

He smirked, and placed his hand on my waist, "hey, we haven't gone out in a while, let's go on a date."

I tilted my head, "Sure, but who's going to take care of Izumi while we're gone, alluka and Kalluto are out for the day and I don't think they'll be back until tomorrow morning."

He looked up at the ceiling and hummed, "Maybe...illumi? No...how ab-"

"Illumi..." I said.

He gave a scorn-ish face, "I don't know he...." Killua stopped himself as he was knew he wasn't going to convince me....

"Look sweetheart, I know you don't have a good relationship with illumi, but I can trust him, I've seen how he can handle Izumi..." I said placing my hand on his...

He sighed and pulled his phone out,  dialing his brother's number. It quickly picked up....

"Killua, how can I help you." Illumi spoke.

"Oi, illumi, I was wondering if you could babysit Izumi, me and Gon are going out."

The phone then hung up. We sat there in a small moment of silence, "Maybe he's-"

"Open the door."

We heard from outside, I got up and did as told, it was illumi, "Illumi-nii, you got here quicker... than expected..." I said, but as I did this Killua got in the way of us and glared at illumi...

"Listen, this is a one time thing. I don't care if Gon and you are closer than we are, or if he trusts you more than anyone. Hurt Izumi in anyway and I'll fucking Kill you." He said sternly. Illumi showed no emotion and stepped right in the house.

Killua scowled and grabbed illumis arm turning him around, "Did you hear me? I said-"

I furrowed my eyebrows, "Killua! It's alright! Izumi will be Alright, I trust illumi with his safety." I said clinging onto his arm.

"Dear brother, I wouldn't do anything to cause pain or discomfort to my nephew." Illumi said bending down to pick Izumi up...

I looked at illumi, "I'm sorry for Killua's behavior, he sometimes has a hard time letting people he doesn't have a good relationship around our child."

"It's alright, you two should get ready, I'll play with Izumi while you do so..." He said.

I nodded and grabbed Killua's hand going upstairs...

Once we left, I left Killuas aura intensify with worry and a bit of anger. I frowned and stopped walking. Killua took notice and stopped as well looking back at me.

"What's wrong?" He asked putting his hands in his pocket.

I pulled my scarf up and shuffled towards him, he raised his eyebrow. I was barely able to slap my hands on his cheek causing him to wince.

"H-hey! That hurt!" He whined placing his hands on mine.

I chuckled pulling his face towards me. I kissed him through my scarf, this caused him to blush. I brushed his hair behind his ear, "How about we go to a restaurant, I heard a new one opened in York new!"

He smiled and nodded, "Sure, we should hurry though, the boats are going to leave in about 5 minutes."

"5 minutes! Be barely even left home! And the docks are like 4 miles away!" I said in a small panic.
