~Y/n POV~
"Ercole....? What're you doing here?" I ask as I step closer to Giulia and the door
"More like what does he want!" Giulia says as she glares at Ercole, who stands awkwardly in the doorway
"Look Ragazzi, I know in the past I've been a Buco del culo(Asshole)—" Ercole says before Giulia cuts him off
"That doesn't even begin to explain you" Giulia retorts and Ercole heavily sighs before continuing
"As I was saying, I know we've had a REALLY rough Passato(Past) but please....let me help find Number 1" Ercole says as he folds his hands in a praying position and looks at Giulia with a begging look
Giulia raises an eyebrow and looks Ercole up and Down before turning to me. I look between her and Ercole before nodding and placing a hand on her shoulder
"We need all the help we can get..." I trail off as I look down
I hear Giulia sigh before turning to Ercole, she grumbles something before stepping to the side and letting him inside, he walks inside and sits down at the Kitchen Table
Everyone else walks in and sees Ercole sitting on one end of the table and me and, a very pissed off, Giulia on the other end. They know exactly what's happening.....an interrogation
Luca joins me and Giulia and dumps some water on himself so he's in his sea monster form, he sits down beside me and glares at Ercole. Being in his Sea monster form that glare is a whole lot scarier.
Ercole gulps and makes eye contact with me before smiling awkwardly, I don't smile and raise an eyebrow while looking at him. He seems to get the hint and begins to explain why he's here
"So before Aaron and his parents kidnapped Alberto I had overheard them talking and that's when I found out that Aaron and his parents had only come to Portorosso with me because they heard about the 'rumor' about Sea Monsters." Ercole said while looking down
"Where did you meet them?" Giulia asks
"Near Genova..." Ercole said "But I swear I had no idea that they would do this!.....unless of course when it was too late that was a different story..." Ercole says
Luca looks at us and I can see that the anger he once had in his Sea Monster eyes was now gone and it was replaced with hope. I look over at Giulia and see she still doesn't believe him, guess Ercole does have a brain up in his big head because he seems to notice it too
"Look Ragazzi, as much merda(shit) I have Numb—Alberto. I don't want to see the Idiota(Idiot) get hurt or any harm come his way, and y/n, I see how much you care about him. Honestly I envy that about Alberto and Luca" Ercole admits and Giulia looks a little shocked
"Excuse us for a minute Ercole" Giulia says before grabbing me and Luca and pulling us into the living room "Well?" She asks
"He could be lying" Luca says
"Or he could be telling the truth! I mean think about it guys; if Ercole IS telling the truth then that means Aaron and his parents used him as well, and it also means that Ercole probably knows exactly where they took Alberto since I mean they were staying with him" I say and they both look at the ground in thought
"I'm gonna have to agree with Y/n here, he could help us find Alberto! Or what's left of Alberto...." Luca trails off and I rub his back as he looks at me then kisses my forehead
"Alright fine! We'll let him in our little rescue team but ONLY for information about where they might've taken Alberto" Giulia says before we all walk back into the kitchen where Ercole and the parents are
"Alright you're in the team but ONLY for information about Albertos where abouts otherwise you're an outcast" Giulia says to Ercole and he nods
"Alright time to make a plan!" Luca's mom says as Massimo brings out a map of the area
~Time Skip~
Me and Luca were sitting in the tree house staring up at the night sky
"Do you think this'll work?" Luca asks me
"I have a good feeling about it" I say as I trace small circles on his palm
He giggles a little "that tickles" he says
"Oh?" I say before turning around and quickly beginning to tickle his sides which makes him burst out laughing while trying to make me stop. He continues to squirm for a bit before finally making me stop by pinning me to the floor of the treehouse
"We'll find him" Luca says before plopping down on top of me
"Hell yeah we will! And once we do I'll smother him in kisses" I joke and Luca looks to the side a little jealous
"I GUESS I'll allow it" Luca says
"Luca, isn't he older than you?" I say as I raise an eyebrow and he quickly turns my way with a semi-offended look
"And?" Luca asks as if I just said something and I burst out laughing and he joins in
"I just really hope Ercole isn't lying about all of this, I mean he seemed sincere about the whole thing and looked almost guilty but we thought we could trust Aaron and look where we are now" Luca say before lifting himself up so he's hovering over me
"I promised Alberto that I would protect you and I intend to keep that promise, especially now. So please...whenever we go there tomorrow, PLEASE be careful. I can't lose you too" Luca says before bending down and resting his forehead against mine
"You won't lose me......I promise"
