This was real right?

One second I was in the kingdom.

Then my house...

Now I was in a field. It looked like one atleast. Grass brushed along my legs as I looked around.

Maybe everything that'd just happened was some sort of dream. None of that "armor" or "first curse".

I looked around a bit more. Was that a forest in the distance? Could be. Maybe not. I couldn't tell. Something felt off..

"M!" I heard a yell from behind me. It was Sabre. I didn't even get the chance to react before he hugged me.

I shook off the uneasy feeling and hugged back. He seemed happy.

"You alright?" He asked. Alright from..what? I was trying to think back to everything. "What happened?" I replied, nudging him off.

"Well- The professor said you fell down the stairs, or something like that, and hit your head. You were out for a few days."

"O-Oh-" I didn't remember that. I remembered being in my house one second, then being in some weird purple-chain place, then-

I stumbled a little. That didn't line up. This wasn't right. Right? But those memories, if they were real, seemed bad. This seemed okay- good, even.

Was this real? It had to be right? Right?

"M?"

I looked up to meet Sabre's eyes. He wasn't there.

This wasn't real, was it?

"Sabre..?" I stuttered out, collapsing onto the ground. "I can't feel my legs..". I doubt anyone heard me, but I vocalized my worries anyways.

The world began to crumble around me. I wasn't dead, right?

Right...?

[Third Person POV]

The Professor and his robot stood around M's 'chamber', if you could call it that. The boy was unconscious in there, as he'd been cursed. Assistant was keeping an eye on him.

"Is he alright?" The professor asked, looking at M. Assistant looked at M aswell and paused for a few moments before answering.

"He seems to be dreaming."

"Dreaming? Didn't think he was sleeping."

"Technically he isn't, but his mind is still active. It's trying to recreate something it can recognize. However, because of the curse, that'll keep falling apart."

"Ah."
